Pizza Hut

We’ve been ordering takeout from this location for over 2 years (probably over 75 orders) and have been pleased. We routinely get pizzas, wings and/​or pasta. They did make mistakes on our orders more than once, but they always made it right by throwing in complementary drinks or pizzas. They also provide plates, napkins and utensils to make clean-​up easier at home. I think that as long as you have reasonable expectations, you are not a jerk when a mistake is made and you understand that Pizza Hut is not a high-​end restaurant with high-​end waitstaff, you will be happy with their service.

I ordered a pizza with a cheese crust and they gave me a plain crust & also we asked for 4 different sauces and we got none of them. Very disappointed in this poor service. No longer ordering from here because I didn’t even get what I paid for.

If I could I would give 0 stars after my order never showed up I called they said that they couldn’t find my order. SECOND time this has happened and neither time have they at least apologized for the error or tried to help me out just asked if I was willing to place a new order and wait another hour for delivery of course not and both times I was hung up on.

My wife and I recently moved to Grayslake and decided to order the local Pizza Hut for the first time. Not only was the order wrong — we ordered boneless wings instead of bone-​in, but the chicken that they did bring was inedible, undercooked and bloody (see picture). I would never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

Ordered pizza for pickup, got there and manager said they didn’t have any orders on record and blamed the computer for not working.
After waiting 50 minutes pizza was overcooked and tasted like frozen pizza crust.
Beware this location has moved a number of times and are very unprofessional when dealing with customers.
Your best bet if you want a good quality pizza is go to Jewel and get a frozen home run inn pie. Much better quality and you don’t have to deal with uninterested underpaid employees.

While in the area visiting family we ordered dinner from here one night. It was a fine meal.
Décor: Not much to it, it’s a strictly carry-​out location (so no delicious Pizza Hut Lunch Buffet).
Bathroom: nope
Staff: They woman that helped me was fine. There was a bit of confusion as to the location/​status of my order (they couldn’t seem to find any pizzas with my name on them) but everything was sorted out quickly and satisfactorily.
Food/​Drink: You pretty much know what you’re getting into with Pizza Hut (thus why you order from them) and the same applies here. The pizza is good, I certainly enjoy it, and we also got some sides of garlic sauce, which is a MUST. Ultimately, the pizza was hot and fresh and very enjoyable.
Value: You get a good bang for your buck (again, it’s Pizza Hut).
For another pizza night with family we’d order again.

Great tasting thin crust pizza with fast and friendly service. They keep the details of your order on their computer, which is convenient because we order the same type of pizza every time. The price is the lowest of any pizza place in town.

Good fast food pizza, speedy delivery.
