They damaged our van when it came off the track and then they lied about it. Manager said he didn’t «hear» anything. Will make sure everyone «hears» about it. Will not return. Van didn’t even come clean.

Monthly plan subscriber. Love this place. Tried Park Place down the street… takes to long. Like their new set up and monthly plans. Highly recommend!!!

Just stopped by to get the car washed really well only to find the only thing they do are «fast washes». No interior options, the car came out still dirty. Stay away… I’m sitting at Car Spa now with my wife’s truck where I KNOW it’ll come out spotless. These guys care!

Extremely overpriced. I got an «express detail» and paid $ 30. My car was still dirty outside and in. They vacuumed inside but didn’t even bother to wipe anything down-​dust and dirt everywhere. Nobody stays at the desk so you never know when to pay. The staff is not impressive at all– very unprofessional.

I’ve used them twice now for a complete detail and I couldn’t be happier with the price or service. You’ll pay nearly double if you go to the competitor down the road.

Only go here if you want to get ripped off. Didn’t get what I paid for and when I asked to talk to the manager/​owner to and showed him his own brochure of what I was supposed to get was told they were busy and to go elsewhere. Did not even offer a refund or a redo. Way to value your customers.

I’ve been going here since it opened, and I will say service has declined over the years. It’s more expensive than what it should be. But I will say they do a pretty thorough job.
This place could rename itself more appropriately to Moderately-​to-​Slow-​Paced Jacks. My biggest qualm is that their name is Fast Jacks but they’re hardly fast. Oil changes are typically longer than the 20 minute change most other places advertise. The wash is comped with oil change, but takes forever!!! If the car wash isn’t in your agenda, go elsewhere for an oil change.
Total time for my oil change and wash: 44 minutes!

frankly they have over the lst 2 years changed things… less workers and it shows
I have paid the last few times for the $ 24 wash and it includes air freshener. even when I remind them they still dont do it.
its apparent that in the rush to get the cars out… they forget to do what your paying for… they dont clean the mats… and frankly the interior cleaning isnt what I think it should be… meaning they vacuum and clean the interior reasonably
Car washes are simply more expensive now… but they shouldnt be doing less when you are paying more$

I will never go back to Fast Jacks in Grayslake due to their horrible customer service. I took my car there to get washed and asked them to wash my floor mats. After I got home my husband saw that they busted the clip that holds my floor mat down. When he called to speak to a manager the manager said, «How do I know that it wasn’t broken when you brought it in?». He did not apologize or offer any resolution to the situation. Instead we had to be inconvenienced and drive to the dealer for a new clip and my husband had to fix it. We will never go back to Fast Jacks again and do not recommend that you go there.
