Well the Ramada no longer has their shit together. Once something has been approved you can’t go back on it. And to say you’re charging me something or something that was already been approved… Haha fucking joke. Last time we use this establishment.

Clean, courteous, accommodating, comfortable. Nice pool and a good breakfast in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I stayed here for 2 weeks during some mandatory travel. My experience here was a very poor one. I don’t expect much when I pay for accommodations, and it certainly takes a lot on either side of the fence for me to write a review. My stay here was extremely poor. 1 or the 2 beds in our room was broken, which could not be replaced because the hotel was booked. There were times during the stay where we didn’t have hot water, 2 – 3 times a day. When you engaged the bathtub pipes, brown rusty water came out. The room next to us smoked indoors, despite the fact that it’s a no smoking hotel. There were blood stains on the sheets, that were being reused. We saw ants throughout our stay. If you’re a government contractor or military and are looking for something in the vicinity of grayling, stay at the days inn or the Hampton inn in Gaylord. This is not worth the money they charge a night.

We stayed at the Ramada this weekend and it was pretty fantastic! The service was great and the pool area was pretty awesome! The hot tub was super hot and relaxing. My husband and I really enjoyed the lounge of the hotel — very comfortable couches and great service. Everything was reasonably priced and the food was quite yummy! We actually think it was the nicest hotel lounge we have had the pleasure of using during our out of town trips. All in all, a great place to stay!

I’m extremely disappointed in Ramada’s ability to be flexible for cancellations. I spoke with the front desk, then another woman in the hotel, followed by being transferred to Ramada Customer Care. The last person I spoke with said that she called the hotel to request a «courtesy cancellation» which I was denied. So with that being said, due to extenuating circumstances I will be charged a full night of lodging without staying there. I will never book with Ramada again… Customer service was not their strong suit today.

For 2 and half star this was an awesome when putting the reasonable price into the equation. We booked through for CAD $ 55(plus Taxes and Fees). The hotel itself is in a decent shape and the rooms are more like motels. There is a door from inside and outside for the people on the lower floor. Our room had 2 queen beds. The room was quite clean, has nice beds, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The bathroom was stocked and clean. The TV had decent amount channels and they do have free wifi and the wifi connection is very good and fast. Their pool area was awesome. The pool is in the middle of the hotel, also has a hot tube and a mini pool as well for kids. In the same are you have arcade, pool tables, ping pong, full size playground. There’s a full sit-down restaurant beside the pool area. This is where they had the breakfast and it was very nice. They had hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, various breads, apple or orange juices, tea or coffee, cold milk and dessert too… The staff kept refilling and weren’t cheap on it. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were all very nice, friendly and working hard at all times. They also have a mini shop near the reception area for anything thing missed on a trip or to purchase some snacks. The Ramada in Grayling is a well run hotel! and they should keep up the good work.

My wife and I stayed here for a night after leaving Mackinaw City, and we wanted somewhere to stay real quick before heading out to Sleeping Bear the next day. We booked on Priceline for $ 50(plus tax and fees), and we didn’t actually arrive until after midnight. We were promptly assisted and shown to our room, which was quite a walk away. The layout of the building seemed complex. They had a bar next door, and that would’ve been great if I wasn’t so tired upon arriving. Our double-queen room was modest and perfect for what we needed: a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean; the AC worked great; and the bathroom was functional and stocked. We didn’t get up in time for breakfast, although the breakfast area looked really nice. The pool area was amazing, and we used it briefly before leaving. It was a nice quick stay.

If the bathroom fan would have worked I would have given another star. The whirlpool had only half of the jets operating which I would give another star. Other than that this place was very nice.

I was shocked to LOVE this hotel! It’s perfect for adults and kids alike — we booked a poolside room for $ 85/night and arrived to find the following amenities: pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, arcade, pool tables, ping pong, full size playground, and other pool-side games. There are tables around the(indoor) pool where parents can watchfully keep an eye on their kids while enjoying beer/wine responsibly. LOVEDIT! There’s also a nightclub/bar that’s open until 2am and it’s apparently where all of Grayling goes on a Saturday night. We actually watched a spontaneous hip hop line dance break out.(I have it on film, haha. It was surreal.) The food was good for a hotel and there’s a full sit-down restaurant or they do room service. Most of all, the staff was super nice. The rooms were very clean and, in fact, much nicer than I would have expected for the price. The Ramada in Grayling is seriously the place to be!
