Took my bike here after a friend recommended them. I had a very bad experience at Tour of Nevada City and will NEVER go to them again, found them very arrogant and rude. Charlie was very opposite. He was helpful. I bought two electric bikes and needed some help with a few things I broke on the bikes. I also needed an extra heavy duty bike rack. Charlie has helped me with every question and solved some issues both with the bikes and me the rider. He was patient and kind and always had the repairs done when he said he would. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Small shop, but Charlie the owner was very friendly and helpful. And he had both a helmet and shorts in my size in stock — don’t ask what kind of scatterbrained guy puts a new bike rack and his bike on his car and heads up to the mountains without his helmet or shorts! Charlie used to run Menlo Velo in Menlo Park for 10 years but moved up here and has been running this shop for 20 years! Prices reasonable and Charlie a great guy — raised two boys in their 20s now who are serious bike racers — professional racers.
