Talk about an owner who will do everything in his power to make the customer happy with their pool service! Thanks to Adam for going above and beyond to make our pool sparkling clear and better than it’s ever looked before. We are signing up to have him regularly service our pool. Excellent customer service. Really reasonable prices. Trustworthy guy. So thankful to have this company looking out for us now.

Not very helpful or knowledgeable. I called yesterday to inquire about pools the guy was nice enough but basically told me to do my research online. That was fine. I did a bunch overnight and was down to a few final? s. Called once today no answer. Called back and got answer. I asked what time they were open until. The lady said 6 I drove 45in and when I got there there was a sign saying they closed at 4 for Memorial Day. Which would have been fine but I called at 3:57! You would think she was aware the store was closing in 3 min. I was ready to spend a lot of $ today but instead I will drive to yuba city where Gary was extremely helpful informative and polite on the phone. Your loss all seasons pool

I have been using All seasons pool and spa for the last five months. Everything was fine until I began having problems with my pool last month. I have 2 issues. This company put in a new pool pump for me. This pool pump is not filtering my pool water very well and is leaving it dirty after 8 – 10 hours of filtering. His answer to this is that the filter might be dirty. Ok, I can go with this until I find out otherwise. Last month my pool began developing black spots all over the surface of my pool and they are spreading. Instead of taking ownership over the problem, they decided to blame the last pool company and state it was their fault. They stated that when they took over 5 months ago the PH was too alkaline and that created a calcium film all over the bottom of my pool and what I was seeing was the actual color of my pool and that because the PH is fine today, the calcium is dissolving and exposing the actual color of my pool. I tried to tell them that the color of my gunite was never a dark color and that I think I would have noticed calcium deposits (which are generally white in color) forming all over the surface of my pool over the last 10 years as this wouldn’t happen overnight. I also tried to tell them that I have never seen or experienced as a swimmer in my pool the symptoms that would take place if my pool water continually had a high PH. This pool companys solution was to refuse to fix my pool (although they would be happy to charge me to fix it) and to cancel my maintenance agreement. I am going back to my previous pool person. I only left because he was kind of expensive, but boy am I regretting it now. My pool looks terrible.

All Seasons Pools & Spas, Inc. is a company with stores in a number of cities, incl. Grass Valley, Auburn and Rocklin. I am reviewing the technical support department. They were efficient, reliable and accommodating regarding scheduling and when the technician (Darren Tofte) came, he had all the parts (my Sundance hot tub needed quite a bit of attention) finished everything and gave me good pointers as to ongoing maintenance.
