Customer service was absolutely awful. From the moment we walked in the door, we were ignored by the staff (2 females, 1 male). They watched our every move but didn’t offer assistance or say hello. They only addressed us when I approached them. I was looking for an exterior light fixture, which they didn’t carry. It would have been nice for them to respond with «no we don’t carry light fixtures» rather than give each other a sideways glance and smirk. I would have expected a little more customer service and just common kindness. There were no other customers in the store at the time.
