Last year my neighbor accepted Ultra Construction’s bid to put in a new portion of the fence that separates our yards. After the fence was completed, we noticed that the fence was about 10 inches off the ground, not just above the earth like it used to be. A small dog could probably squeeze under. Also, we’ve noticed every time it rains that we get a swamp where the new fence went in, on both sides. It does not drain, and we’ve experienced and increase in mosquitos. Our dogs also try to drink the standing water, and we are constantly cleaning up mud in our house. With the recent month of rain we’ve experienced in N. Texas it’s resulted in a small pond. Our neighbor has called Ultra NUMEROUS times with no response to come out and look at fixing the issue. Today my husband decided to do some digging to see what the cause of the sitting water is. He discovered that they poured the concrete for the posts right on top of the drainage pipe and crushed it. He also has called them and left them a message to give them one last chance. Another BEWARE sign is that they say on their website they are BBB accredited, but BBB’s website says they are NOT.(See my attached picture). If they rectify the situation I will update this and let you know, but just the fact that they’ve lied about their BBB accreditation and have not returned any of my neighbor’s calls is reason enough to not do business with Ultra.

As good as it gets is exaclty right! We needed a little of everything done to our 19 year old house before we could sell it and while we were selling it after the inspection. Nathan and his crew are honest, trust worthy, hard working, and did top quality work when they said they would do it, all for a little as I could ever expect to have to pay. For us, he did everything from the tile work to the roof/chimney repairs and everything in between including plumbing and electrical work, sheet-rock, paint, sprinkler system and cabinet repair! Nice, courteous, timely service. My expectations are always low when it comes to dealing with contractors. Ultra Construction has changed my whole outlook on how the home owner/contractor relationship can be! I think they get the majority of their business by referral and word of mouth, that is how we heard about them and I am so happy my brother-in-law referred me to them. We left for a week on vacation and gave them full responsibility of the house while were gone, that is how much trust I have in them and they did not make me regret it! Trust is everything in my book and Ultra Construction has my trust!
