The only facility I can review is the one in Grapevine. Based on my experiences I would not recommend them. While the staff is friendly they do not have a sense of urgency about matters such as prescription refills or returning phone calls. My pharmacy would call or fax for my refills and it was not until I called that the refill was sent in. This happened time and time again. The slogan of this practice «We don’t just treat the pain. We treat the person.» This is a great slogan but there was not evidence in my experience of this being the case. The practice was no different than any other pain relief doctor I have seen. Another draw back is there is no onsite lab so if blood-​work is needed, it is up to the patient to find their own lab.
I would recommend a thorough vetting of this practice before making a commitment.
