The store was completely out of stock of several vegetable items, and when I asked for the 9 Grain honey oat bread, the rep reached into the back of the oven to retrieve a old loaf that was completely stale and hard. Rather than noticing that the bread was hard and unusable, and offering to give me a fresh loaf of something else, she decided to serve it to me anyway. Unable to eat the bread, I paid for a $ 10 meal that included a sandwich I had to eat the insides out of with a fork.
This store is horrible, the staff is rude, and I refuse to visit it again.

I stopped in today for a quick lunch and just wanted one of my simple favorites the foot long tuna. I have to wonder out loud if you have at least 3 employees working and maybe 3 people eating there why can’t you clean the place up. The lack of cleanliness also ran into other aspects of the store such as 6 bags of chips if you so cared to choose from their large variety of chips. I didn’t notice all of this until I had already ordered my sandwich and decided today of all days to have chips with my foot long. I guess I wasn’t going to get any better when I sat down and noticed the caution watch your step sign used when a store will mop the floor. The sign wasn’t being used because they mopped it was being used because there was a leak in the ceiling with no bucket or anything to even attempt to catch this water instead of just leaving it on the floor and surrounding it with a caution sign. Now onto the food itself and the sandwich was just average at best. I enjoy my sandwich with spinach but of course this location doesn’t offer spinach really why do they do this? I guess I must have been sucked in by the $ 5 foot long song and should look around before I actually order. Just a side note this location isn’t more then a year old so how in that short of a time have they allowed this location to fall into such a mess. I could maybe understand if you were busy but this was before the lunch rush and you also are located right across the street from Grapevine mills mall I’m sure that place gives them a lot of business.
