I cannot believe the employees at this Starbucks(near gate c-10) haven’t been fired. First of all, they didn’t have Calm tea. When I asked the employee about what other herbal teas they had, she threw the box of tea bags across the counter at me and said, «I have no idea». I had to rifle through tea bags that were not labeled as to whether or not they were caffeinated, and at least 6 different kinds stuffed in the same box. It wasn’t until the supervisor walked up that I was able to get an answer. She was unapologetic in her ignorance of the products the company that employs her sold. What a horrible representation of the Starbucks brand. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

May be the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Walked up for a quick pick me up and they were closed. I know that businesses need to close at some point. That is not the issue. The first thing is that they closed at 8:24. Weird time if you ask me. The second thing is that they were not interested in providing any customer service. When asked where another close Starbucks was, I was greeted by another employee saying,“we are closed.” Neat… I knew that. How about a place for caffeine. Ended up stoping in a store for a energy drink and they told me that they should have been open for another 30min. He was upset because he still had to be there but they closed early. I know there are two sides to every story, but there are too many variables for just bad timing. Not happy at all.

This Starbucks is giving Starbucks a bad name. They have very rude customer service. I was on line for 10 mins. Only to tell me no Carmel and no coupons are accepted! My own day extra rewards coupon is not accepted! Wtf no fucking Carmel!!! Never will I go to Starbucks in terminal C again!

2015 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 070⁄100 Disappointed in this Starbucks. I am currently collecting the Starbucks You Are Home geographic mug series and I was super excited to buy the mugs available at the DFW airport during my layover. I walked up to this Starbucks thinking it was open because the store was still open to the public(no gates, closed doors, etc.) and there were two employees working behind the counter. I had immediately spotted their large selection of Starbucks mugs and got excited as I found out they had the mugs of Dallas, Houston AND San Antonio here! I soon found out after the inquiry of another customer who walked in that they were closed. The sales associates said nothing to me as I entered and I was just about ready to purchase the mugs when the other customer coming in asked if they were open and they said no. I found out there was another Starbucks location a few gates over… but was disappointed since it was a smaller location and their selection of mugs was limited. Apparently there was a third Starbucks a lot further away in the terminal, but I did not have time to walk there. Ended up leaving empty handed, but snagged the Houston and San Antonio mugs at the second Starbucks location. Disappointed with this one and how early it closed, especially in comparison to the other kiosks in this terminal!

Very horrible service — ordered a simple drink(caramel machiato iced) Got the drink & it had a very bitter after taste. When I attempted to talk to her she made sure to hide her name tag. I’d suggest any other Starbucks/coffee in the terminal besides this one

Slowest, nonchalant service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. I almost missed my flight waiting more than 25 mins in line for a coffee. The manager should fire all the staff.

This Starbucks is a bit slower than most and you’ll definitely wait in line for a bit. They have a good selection of food, snack and drink items. The staff working is very friendly and does their best to keep up with the demanding crowd.

I arrived at DFW just before 9PM. I went up to the counter and asked for a Java Chip Frappuccino. The cashier told me that she couldn’t make a Frappuccino because they were about to close. If you are open and you have a customer, you should provide them with what they need no matter what time they come in. You not wanting to clean a machine again right before closing is not an excuse to not serve me. I am very unhappy with the service delivered. I used to manage a business, and I too wasn’t happy with customers coming in at the last minute, but I still served them because it was my job.

I almost missed my plane because of the incompetent people at this SBUX location. I had a 45 minute layover. I stood in line to order maybe 5 – 10 minutes max. The cashier that took my order was polite and quick, she even cracked a little joke while taking my order. Well… the joke was on me, while ever one else was ordering and getting their drinks within a reasonable amount of time I’m still standing there. Tick tock, tick tock! I didn’t order anything complicated, just a simple tall white mocha. The girl making the drinks asked me what I had ordered, I told her. Guess what? The joke cracking cashier must of really cracked herself up with the joke she told me because she completely threw my order ticket in the trash. The drink maker apologize made my drink and the cashier mumbled something.

Worst @Starbucks in DFW airport. They don’t even honor gold card members rewards. Good luck getting your free refills or free birthday drinks. They act like they can not do those transactions there. Every customer that has had a bad experience here needs to contact corporate. I work at the airport and can’t even get a decent cup of 5 dollar coffee here. Truly very sorry customer service. They will give you the wrong drink the argue with you and tell you it is what you ordered. I know the difference between hot and cold, I’m not a newborn baby.

Potentially the least competent staff I have run into at a Starbucks. Server did not know what skim milk was and why I might put it in the coffee. Out of milk, napkins and stir sticks.

Cashier is very attentive and speedy. I was there around 5AM for an early flight to Denver and needed a pick me up. Long line but the wait wasn’t too bad — the bad part was they do not know how to make the drink I ordered. I ordered caramel caramel macchiato — it just tasted like hot water with light caramel flavor. She also forgot to give me the hot shield for cup — when I asked she completely ignored me. Hence I didn’t want to miss my flight I just left — I will not be back here

It’s the Starbucks at gate C20 at Dallas Airport. Spent way more time here than desired waiting for yet another delayed flight. Typical Starbuks fare, more expensive than on the street, great for people watching.
