I love their customer service. Perfect managers and employees it’s better than super delicious food and unsmiling.

Very poor service at this location. You will find livier help at the graveyard. I saw a 3.99 special that includes a slice of cheese pizza and a small drink. Ordered two. The cashier rang up the pizza at 3.49 a slice and forgot to ring up the drinks. In a normal place you would just get those drinks. But not here. Would they charge the difference? No ! You see they have no way to do that so now the drinks are $ 1.70 each vs 50 cents. The pizza is stale and literarily sitting out all day. Avoid at all costs.

What can you say about the Sbarro other than it is standard mall food. The customer service here is always great and they get your sandwich out fast. The food here always tastes as fresh as any Sbarro at other mall locations.

This is in a mall food court so you go in with low expectations. Which was a good idea cause then I wasn’t let down. Sbarro typically cooks their food in the mornings and lets it sit under warmers. I went at 2:45pm and this was clearly the case. They also do the technique of cooking a cheese pizza, then take it out of the oven and let it sit and then add meat toppings. So the pepperoni isn’t cooked in the oven, just slowly roasts under those heat lamps. They had enough employees and a bit of a line. None of the employees were particularly friendly, on the verge of rude which gave that New York pizza experience. First guy looked at me like I was an idiot when I didn’t want to buy a combo and just wanted pizza and soda. Tried to sell it to me and I said no thanks. Then I get to the register and there was a special first guy didn’t mention so I actually saved like $ 2.80 by not buying a combo and got a drink. Cashier girl was just as apathetic. To be fair though, if I worked food service in a mall frequented by non English speakers, I probably wouldn’t be that friendly either. My pizza was fresh so it was good but my soda was only ¾ths filled. Oh well. Better than Taco Bell.

I love Sbarros and this one enticed me to order a lot more food than I could possibly eat, I got a slice of stuffed pizza with baked ziti and a drink. My eyes were bigger than my stomach… the only problem was that everything I got was cold and none of it was tasty. I ended up eating somewhere else about an hour later.

Greasy mall pizza being worked by teenagers what more can I say really. They at least replaced my pizza when I had dropped it on the floor because they didn’t have any tray’s; it was tax free weekend and no one was out on the floor returning trays; my hands were full with my purse, my daughters food from sonic, two drink and trying to balance a plate. Honestly before some of the newer options moved in I was kind of stuck eating here but now with a chicken now, sonic, taco bell, and chili’s togo options I am less inclinced to eat here.

I will NEVER eat this location ever again! I usually stop at Sbarro’s whenever I am shopping at Grapevine Mills, especially, when the day has been spent Christmas shopping. I ordered a sausage stromboli roll and sat down to eat it. When I went for my second bite I noticed a strand of hair mixed with the cheese in the roll. i took the stromboli back to the register and asked for another one without hair. The second roll had a piece of hair sticking out at the end and I promptly asked for a refund.

ehh what can i say… *they use crappy ingredients *can be really busy with usually lazy employees that don’t help the fact *they taste good, and if youre at the mall, thats all that matters right?
