Winning over the TRUST of customers can be a challenge! I TRUST him thoroughly… My carpet had terrible stains from where my dog had an accident… the products used/​methods applied, made me forget ALLLLLL about the nasty stains! GO GREEN

Phenomenal service by the owner Monty. We have expensive wool rugs and he took excellent care of them. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the products and all of the stains were removed as well as the smell. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning. Excellent customer service family owned business.

The service, price and results were great so we can give the thumbs up. I Found Oxi Fresh on line and the price was competitive so I made the call. Rain was in the forecast all weekend and I liked the idea that they did not need to bring in long hoses from connections outside and place throughout the house. The scheduling representative was very helpful and was prepared to schedule the next day… when I told her I was ready today she made arrangements to have them out the same day. The owner and his wife Monty & Karrie Shipp called 30 minutes ahead to confirm and both arrived here at the time agreed. My wife was very grateful for their courtesy and attention to detail. We realize the carpets were pretty dirty and had not been cleaned for some time — yet they were able to get them clean and the spots removed just as hoped & expected. We were happy with the service and spent an extra $ 75. to have the carpets for 5 rooms and the odor destroyer service since we have a dog. With the weather we were having and the extra deodorizer it took longer than one hour to dry but we expected that. So to make a long story short we highly recommend this company and family for your next carpet cleaning needs.
