Old Navy

We went to the Grapevine Mills Mall first thing on Saturday morning and Old Navy was one of our last stops (around 11:00 am). We got some good deals at this store, but the line was ridiculously long. There were only two registers open, which is not the greatest scheduling decision to make less than three weeks before Christmas.
As we waited and waited, we saw a manager walk over to one of the unused registers. Thinking this was a team player, willing to hop on a register and help out, we were relieved. Unfortunately, this particular manager did a couple of things at the register and walked off without a word. I managed to flag him down as he hurried off and asked if he could possibly open another register. His response? «Sorry, I don’t have anyone coming in until noon» and then he quickly disappeared to the backroom. Really? Even Walmart managers are known to jump on a register when necessary.
They have some okay deals here, but the customer service is sorely lacking.

This was awesome for being 2 day before Christmas. I walked in made a circle around the store and got in line to check out. I was number two in line, and when I walked out it only took 10 minutes. I was so happy. The sale person was great.

Decent store with friendly staff. I visited it on a Friday afternoon so it was in good order but I would guess that this store would be a wreck on the weekends.

I’m guessing this mall itself makes it tougher to judge this location. The staff is always very friendly but the lines can be awful at times. When you need that fresh pair of jorts or kick ass cargo shorts where else can you look? Do you want to generic holiday type shirt if so you’re in luck they will have each and every holiday type shirt available for you.

This a large location that usually has items in stock. The lines can sometimes get long which can lead to a wait. They do not carry a wide variety of little boy clothes.
