Being from NYC, I would say that the pizza is not to my expectations (I like Grimaldi’s so much better) BUT the service is great and accommodating when it comes to delivery. I’ve gotten delivery a few times and they always seem to be on time and when they weren’t, they threw in a few free desserts!

Fast Delivery… always accurate order and Great Flavor, Quality, and Quantity of toppings. Our Friday Office Favorite is the Grapevine/​Colleyville location. Yes, they are more expensive than other chains… but you get what you pay for! We enjoy thin crust pizza and iFratelli’s is the best topping quality.

By FAR my favorite pizza place! They’re always fast, the customer service is unbeatable and the pizza rocks! It’s never greasy, is always just right. The pepperoni is the best! And compared to other pizzas, it’s much more healthy. Look it up. Their ingredients are much better! Annnnnnd now I’m hungry for pizza again. :)

Had a issue with the order and Michael took ownership even though he had nothing to do with the transaction
Made me feel like a valued customer and made sure the issue was resolved. Could not be more happy to get my pizza hour in half later.
It’s crazy what a little human reaction will do. Listening and respecting the customer can go along way and it will definitely ensure my return visit.
I’m not really a Unilocaler but tonight I had to dust off the olé twitter fingers.

They close at 10pm. I called at 9:50pm while watching the Cowboys game. I thought I might get a negative reaction calling in an order so late to closing time but the person who answered the phone was super up beat and nice and took my order and I had great tasting thin crust pizza in less than 30 minutes. Great stuff!

So my office bought pizza from this place for lunch for us, so I can’t judge it on the location, just on the food. And boy was it good. Now I’m not the biggest fan of pizza, but the pizzas from this place were delicious! We got the Carne Classico and Vegetarian, both were equally scrumptious. Love love the thin crust, adding a great crunchiness to the pizza. The toppings were good as well, not too overwhelming. Overall I recommend this place for pizza lovers and haters alike!

We ordered a «supreme» pizza delivery. The driver was very nice and curtious. Pizza was delivered on time and was hot and delicious. Ingredients were excellent and fresh. I will definitely order from here again.

Best pizza delivery around. Never trust a round pizza. All the ingredients are always fresh and the crust… omg the crust is amazing. Decently fast delivery and sides. Reasonably priced, freshly made hand tossed dough pizza. Much better option than pizza hut or dominos.

Terribly overpriced for what’s basically a little cracker with toppings. Sorry, but definitely not my kind of pizza. We have much better pizzerias in the neighborhood. I don’t see myself returning.

This has to be the best pizza, that you don’t cook yourself, in Dallas! It’s more of a rectangle shape and I always ask for mine to be cooked «crispy». Toppings are always fresh and the delivery is always prompt! The drivers are always courteous and it is an overall great experience. I recommend the Big Brother which is their version of supreme.

I printed off a coupon from their website for the «SWEET DEAL» and with that you got a large 2 topping pizza, 3 breads sticks 2 CAN sodas and 2 small slices of cheesecake.
The ordering itself was a bit difficult because when I gave them my address they preceded to tell me «they couldn’t find it on Google maps».. .Ummm ok. After about 2 minutes of being on hold they found it, suprise huh? It does exist!
The pizza taste wise was good, temperature wise it was barely warm, like to the point where I thought I was going to have to nook it in the microwave, bread sticks were good, the size of the soda was a bit disappointing and the cheesecake I didn’t even try yet.
Overall would I get it again, maybe… if pizza huts closed or something, lol.

Pizza is great and customer service is wonderful. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the «famous house salad». Nothing famous about it. Lots of white/​yellow lettuce with some chives thrown on top and that’s it. But as my husband would say, it’s a PIZZA place!

This branch of I Fratelli is geared for takeout and delivery only, but you can be assured of getting the best thin-​crusted pizza around the area. Toppings are fresh and varied. Delivery is prompt. Prices are about average for our area, but watch for specials. I frequently try other pizza businesses but have always returned to I Fratelli. In our area, I have not found a better source for home delivered pizza.

If you like thin crust pizza then you will like I Fratelli. We order from here about twice a month and have never had any mistakes with our orders. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the delivery is always within what they tell you when you order. My favorite pizza is the Big Brother, but everything we have tried has been great! Tons of fresh toppings!

Thin crust, great flavors, and a ton of pizza for the price. $ 15 for a medium staffs special, def a great pizza! Tons of flavor, perfect amount of sauce and they do not skimp on the toppings like other restaurants! The way they slice it is also interesting, you don’t need to worry about getting large slices to finish bc they are hearty strips rather than huge bready slices with few toppings. This is def our go to pizza place from now on. Fast delivery, too!

Love love love this pizza. We get a thin crust spinach, artichoke, chicken combo. Spectacular. The salad with their dressing is great too. They normally deliver, but since we are blanketed in ice today, they were pick up only. I elected to brave it and go pick one up. The special was supposed to come with two salads. After carefully making my way back home with the order and got back inside, I realized they only gave us one salad. We called them to complain and they apologized and credited the price of our entire order on our CC. As it turned out the one salad was plenty for both of us. We are iFratteli fans!

Delicious pizza! This would be 5-​star but unfortunately, they messed up our order. We asked for tomatoes on only half of our Margherita pie. They omitted basil instead and left the tomatoes over the entire pizza. The other 2 pizzas we ordered (Big Brother with no mushroom and Staff Special with Bianca sauce) were great!
I normally don’t get real sore about an order mix up but they didn’t offer a refund or discount.
