Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine/DFW North

Staying here during Wrestlemania weekend. Great location near freeway that provides easy access to all the events, minus the hassle and traffic. Staff was friendly and super attentive. But the coup de gras was that the Shower Water Pressure on point! FIVE STARS! I can judge a hotels character off their level of water pressure and HGI Grapevine spares no expense! Speaking of water, HGI Grapevine must know that the air is dry in Texas as they keep you and your throat laced up with that high quality Ozark H2O throughout the duration of your stay! Kudos to the tremendous staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, Grapevine!

JohnWright. Bar manager completely ruined my experience. Having a glass of wine that he served. I noticed he poured another and threw a bottle away with what seemed to me as a half a glass a wine left in it. I casually mentioned that he left a half glass of wine and just curiously asked «why»? He said «that wasn’t a half glass» and pulled a different empty bottle of wine out of the trash and attempted to prove to me that it was not a half glass. After I briefly insisted that wasn’t the same bottle he agreed. And pulled the correct bottle out of the trash and told me «that’s not a half glass!» He asked me if I wanted it. I told him «No just seeing why you threw a half a glass away.» He took a measuring cup and pours it into it and said «see that’s not even a half glass its only 2 ounces.» I told him thank you for correcting me wrong and proceed to ask the other guest at the bar why i would have questioned him. An observation turned into a MANAGER ASKING other patrons which he obviously he was using his poor judgement while coxing and bribing the other guest to cheer him on. What a d! ck. I walked out without paying or questioning my tab. He did not stop or deny his inconsistency. His name was John Wright happened at 3÷31÷16 @ 9:35. I know Hilton has video surveillance and probably can pull this so hopefully this doesn’t get deleted or unnoticed. By the way. Had a drink a couple of hours before this and he didn’t even acknowledge that I paid, left or even tipped him over 20%.

We’ve stayed here a few times. Its always clean. There is a «filiming» in the conference area tonight, which is close to the elevator and front desk and some noise natzi has come out several times to tell people to be quiet. We asked the bar for a champagne glass and were informed the bar was closed. we just needed a glass they acted put out when we told them that.

This a very clean hotel located in a quiet area. They offer excellent customer service. The breakfast bar is $ 9.95 which includes healthy items I like to eat from boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh berries, eggs cooked to order, and flavored creamer for my coffee.
I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you want in a mid priced hotel. Hilton points, free decent buffet breakfast, free wifi, clean and modern room, good water pressure, good selection of pillows, good AC unit, modern bathroom, comfy bed, nice staff, easy parking, walking distance to restaurants, free bottled water, close to DFW.

Great place with even better people. Norman was a whiz handling our work event and an artist behind the bar (ask for his special margarita!). Definitely a worthwhile value, if it falls within your budget.

Well the pool heater was closed but Manny the front desk clerk, aka the storyteller, was a tremendous help. He’s probably one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever met, as well as the bartender but I never got his name. Very good hotel except you have to pay for breakfast, it is a buffet/​order so it makes sense. I would rate this a good experience will Definitely be coming back. The only bad part is I hope your not starving after paying a decent amount for your room, because the 9.99 breakfast that is just a Continental breakfast in other normal places is a bit steep and not worth it.

Cornelius the «Night Attendant» was extremely awkward and rude. Liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay there again because of him.

To make matters worse, upon arrival Manny did not apologize for inconveniencing me — I missed dinner with my friend and had to lay an exorbitant can fare when I booked this hotel to avoid that. He also made no efforts to compensate — no free breakfast, nothing. And then he made a point to tell me the driver was looking for me at the airport (1.5 hours after I called for the shuttle) in an attempt to make me feel like I was the one inconveniencing him. It is a shame a reputable hotel is so poorly staffed!
Furthermore, the next morning I called the front desk to request a shuttle to the airport and he said the shuttle only leaves on the hour and half hour. I came down at 9:28 for the 9:30 shuttle and the front desk person (Jeffrey) informed me he was at the bank. This is the most absurd «service» I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible.
Addendum: Jeffrey called a cab for me and paid for it.

I’d stay here again! Nice hotel with friendly staff. Onsite snack bar. Self-​service laundry and business center. Salt water indoor pool (no jacuzzi) and fitness area. Breakfast served daily for $ 10. Across the street from Schlotzky’s in case you don’t want room service. Minutes from DFW. Only downfall is that sometimes I could hear other guests and the refrigerator in my room hummed loudly so I unplugged it. Otherwise great!

Nice clean, comfy room. In town for a conference. I loved the kerigs in the rooms. My only complaint was that I needed a toothbrush and the front desk would not bring it up even though I’m a diamond member. Once I did get the toothbrush it was one of the one use types and I ended up getting plastic bristles in my mouth. Not very fun.

I am a Hilton fan but for some reason I have never really stayed at a Garden Inn. I was surprised when they had an indoor pool. My daughter really loved it. Although it was very warm, and outdoor pool would have done quite nice. They also have laundry machines and a decent exercise room. You are not far from the airport, they also have a shuttle to get you there.
Overall, it was a nice stay.

The location is very Close to airport and good dining area. Very clean new hotel. But no free breakfast.

Worst Garden Inn breakfast in my experience.
Melon not ripe… bacon and sausage cold and distant.
No creamer pitchers.
No Cholula.
Horribile’ dictu.

I am a Hilton Honors member, so we decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn during our weekend away in Grapevine. our experience was top notch. It was such a fun and relaxing little vacation that I am sure we will stay here again in the near future.
When we walked in, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Tao, the front desk concierge. She was so friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived around 1:30 p.m. and check-​in was at 3:00 p.m. our room was already ready for us. Tao handed us our room keys and explained where everything was located.
our trip was centered around traveling to the various wineries in the area. the Hilton Garden Inn had a free shuttle service that dropped us off on main street in Grapevine and picked us up later that evening. Each of our shuttle drivers were friendly and professional.
Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was HUGE! It was nice to have an actual shower instead of one with a bathtub. We had a Keurig in our room with a nice selection of k-​cups. We are coffee drinkers and they even refilled our supply when we drank them all. We also had a comfortable chair in our room, which my husband enjoyed.
Our stay was top notch and we are excited to come back to visit.

I’d like to compliment the entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn DFW North /​Grapevine TX located at 205 W. State HWY 114, Grapevine TX 76 051 for the excellent service they provided me the past 3 days during my most «impressive» hotel experience I have ever experienced. I stated the entire staff; however, I am going to focus on 3 individuals in particular for their outstanding services of excellence. (I don’t have the last names for 2 of them).
I have always been pleased with the service level I receive at your hotels, however, GM Monica Trichel, Brenda (front desk) and Alex (shuttle driver) professionalism and ability to go completely out of their way to accommodate my daily events exceeded my expectations beyond any experience I have ever gone through in my entire life.
Within the past few days, I have had to admit myself to the ER at the Baylor Hospital located in Grapevine TX and Brenda ensured I had an immediate shuttle to take me to the airport and pick me up. Upon my return she greeted me with open arms and refreshments ready to ensure I maintained hydration.
Alex went out of his way to drop of my prescriptions at the local pharmacy so that I didn’t have to be out in the cold and I could get rest.
Monica Trichel picked me up at my corporate office after she got off of work because the ice storms delayed the shuttle bus and she didn’t want me to have to wait that long so she came to my corporate office and picked me up to take me back to the hotel rather than going home to her family.
The last point I would like to end on is simply this, this entire team not only did their job because of the Hilton Brand’s high standards of expectations, they did it because they are a compassionate team who care about people and you can see it in their face. They are all leaders and complete professionals and deserve some sort of recognition.
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with the Hotel Brand for years to come because of how well your employees live up to your mission statement located in the hotel about «guaranteeing our stay is the best or they will make it the best».

I always stay at this Hilton when I come to Dallas for work. Their shuttle service is very efficient. They pick me up from the airport and take me to CAESimuflite everyday. The drivers are usually really friendly and I enjoy our conversations, although they are short conversations most of the time. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. They recently remodeled the lobby so it’s a lot more modern, woody, and dimly lit. I like it a lot better than the old dated furniture. They offer free breakfasts in the morning, the gym is nice with plenty of weights and equipment to fit your needs, and there’s a pool. The only complaint I have is that there is nothing to eat around this hotel, it’s right by the airport. There is a Whataburger within walking distance but if you’re looking to go anywhere else, you’ll have to ask the shuttle driver.

First, if you’re directionally challenged like me, looking for this place at 1:00 a.m. Is not fun. However, once you do, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
I walked in, and the sweet lady at the front desk asked for my name, and then asked me where I had been all njght. I told her my flight was delayed and then I had gotten lost. While I was telling her this, I was grabbing my dinner, water and chex mex.
She told me I didn’t need a car, as the hotel has a shuttle! Then she gave me a free breakfast and told me to get some good sleep.
Nice clean room, good size, quiet, modern conveniences and next door to my meeting place.
What can I say? Can it get better than walking into a hotel late to have someone care and take care of you? I think not. good job Hilton!

I have stayed at this location many times since it has opened. It’s clean, good service, nice breakfast and conveniently located. The price however has sure gone up a lot.

Over all great experience. This location has lots of places to eat and having the Main Event nearby helped as well. The room was clean although not completely quiet. We stayed on the 4^th floor and at night there was some strange noises coming from the walls. It had to do something with water heating or water pressure because the noise stopped after running some water. However I got woken up at 4 AM which made me sleepy later on in the day. Also the elevator is extremely noisy. We got used to it after couple of rides but it was highly noticeable each time and it likely impacting the noise level in nearby rooms.
This hotel features mattress with adjustable firmness. I’ve set it to the softest setting and woke engulfed by the mattress in the morning. Next day I’ve set it to most firm and it was like sleeping on a board. My advice is to set it about half way through to get the perfect sleep.
I’d have to say that the best feature was the breakfast. $ 9 for all you can eat buffet! Although we found that all hotel staff had English as a second language, but that did not cause any understanding our courtesy issues. In fact the morning wait staff was very courteous and eager to please barely awake hotel guests. I found this as a welcome aspect of my stay.

We stayed here last weekend for a bachelorette party and our expectations were completely surpassed. I called earlier in the week and asked if we could get an early check-​in, he told me to call back the morning of my arrival, so I did, and they were able to get me in a few hours early. I had read on TA about the shuttle and inquired about that when we checked in. Jeffrey at the front desk, who was amazing, let me know that the shuttle will take us and pick us up anywhere we need to go. Such a relief so that we didn’t have to deal with expensive cab rides to and from downtown grapevine for our wine tours! The shuttle dropped us off on main street and picked us up within 10 minutes of our phone call. We tipped the driver, which I highly

Hilton properties are always my first preference. Hilton Garden Inn’s have always served me well. This location made me feel like family during my two weeks spent while attending SimuFlite. It is no accident that I am a diamond member, and always will be.

This is a very clean, modern, newish-​looking hotel that clearly caters to the business traveler crowd. It is near the airport, there are many chain restaurants nearby, and the staff is exceptionally nice. My husband also said the workout room was quite nice.
They also have a lovely breakfast buffet downstairs with generous hours. This is my complaint, when we inquired about the price, this is what we were told by 3 different staff:
— It’s $ 4.95 for adults and kids eat free (clearly too good to be true).
— It IS $ 4.95 for adults and kids DO eat free, but if you ask for any special items like an omelet or egg beater scrambled eggs, then it costs $ 4.95 PLUS $ 9.95 for the a-​la-​carte item.
— It cots $ 9.95 for adults and $ 4.95 for kids… regardless of what you eat.
Needless to say, our bill was always a surprise, not knowing what to expect. What the heck?
