Strong 3 star for me! This store is fully stocked with all of the essential items you will need for your wardrobe. Pants, tops, dresses… everything for work and play. Check it out for the holiday season as they have a ton of fun Christmas tops and pajamas too. I have always been a fan of the prices here and the outlet store has double the deals as the one that’s in regular malls. They can get a little messy when it gets busy though. But very nice sales folks and quick check out as well.

Rather abrupt around closing time. Told people SEVERAL times that they’re closed and to make purchases immediately, even though there was still a line for the cash register. The customer service was a very «meh» attitude than a welcoming or friendly one. I’d honestly rather drive to a further H&M for better service. Decently good selection though.

This clothing store is a hit or miss for me. Has plenty of cute stuff for men and women but hard to find anything that catches my eyes. It’s more like do I need this or do I really want this. There are variety types of style such as work, gym, casual, and sleep wear. They also have shoes, socks, belt, neck ties, sun glasses, and accessories. Overall, I like it but is just basic for me.

This is certainly not the biggest one I’ve been to, but the selection is good. I can always find cheap, cute things for work or last minute vacation items. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that the manfriend and I can shop in the same store and there’s no division of fitting rooms– that way we can both model for each other and approve clothing choices. I usually stay clear of the jewerly and accessories.

I love H&M but this is not the same feel as the one in Stockholm. It isn’t that great but there were some stuff that I liked. The customer service needs work! I was bothered by the cashier who did not care to greet me. As polite as I was, the cashier was still not attentive.

This was my first visit to this location and I was not impressed. I walked the entire store and was not greeted by anyone. When I found the item I was looking for I went to check out and they had two cashiers. It took 15 minutes to check out because one cashier was stuck with another customer and the manager never made it to the checkout station. I was truly disappointed with the service I recieved at this location especially since the store just opened.
