Did not care for this place either. This is the third time Chase was not wanting my business, opening a checking account. I opened the account despite their help, not because of it. I’m taking my $ 200 bonus for opening the account and rolling out. Amegy bank is so much better. Fee for this fee for that. Fees to keep an account open with them, really?

EXCELLENT customer service. Couldn’t ask for more. Chase is a huge bank but they have a very small feel, with highly personalized individual attention.
