This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for in Granville! I work in the area and after awhile food options are limited. The pork noodle bowl and summer roll were so fresh and delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. It also looks like they’re opening up a brewery attached to it. I can’t wait to go back. Is dinner too soon?

Great food! My favorite is the phở. Great atmosphere and fast service. I found myself there three times last week.

This is my first foray into Phở so I am not 100% on any comparisons. I tried about everything on the menu and everything that we tried was obviously made with fresh ingredients so bonus points right there. We got a rice bowl with chicken that had a peanut sauce that added to the flavors of the bowl instead of overpowering it. The phở had a bunch of items in it that all added to the flavor and it was really good. Overall this is one of the better places I have eaten in this area and will definitely be back. The only downside is that it only has a few tables so there is limited room on a Saturday night. I would definitely suggest that you stop by and try it for yourself.

Such a fantastic addition to Granville. Their food is super fresh and amazingly good! Nothing we’ve tried we didn’t like.

Terrific food, nice people, fair prices, fresh ingredients. The menu is varied: we’ve tried the phở, the bahn mi, and lemongrass-chicken noodle dish, and all were tasty(though you might want to talk to the person at the counter about spiciness if that’s a concern – some of these dishes have a kick to them). This is a great addition to the local restaurant offerings!

We had a nice experience at mai chau. Very friendly faces behind the counter, nice décor, good music, and a quaint little shop. We have been dying to try the steamed buns and were very excited to hear that a place in our county was serving them! While I was hoping for a bit more«fluff» to the buns, the dough was nice and had a nice color. My only issue was that they were $ 3 a piece and not very filling. Id have to eat $ 18 worth to be full and I’m no over eater. I HIGHLY recommend the mushroom steamed buns! Very crispy and so very flavorful that I ate them slowly to really savor the flavor. ;) The sweet tea is absolutely amazing. Really. Best cup of tea I’ve been served in a hot minute. A nice black tea with a little cream added to cut the sweetness and it’s a very beautiful orange color. Do yourself a favor and get the tea. Trust me. Lastly we ordered the pork cracklins they had on special. This was a nice surprise to see. The seasoning was to die for but our cracklins weren’t cooked evenly and we had pieces that were soggy and some that were very hard. Contrary to the name of the place, this is not authentic Viet food, it’s a twist on Viet cuisine thought up by the owners and you’ll find lots of different influences in their dishes. We liked it over all but are still hungry so we are going for sushi. Id come back here for a mid day meal again and I’ll be ordering those mushroom steamed buns! They seem to always have a really yummy sounding special so check their Facebook before you go.

I was expecting a carry-out and was pleasantly surprised with great atmosphere, great music and seating! I was worried about my kids finding something to eat and the rice bowl & pizza buns were a HUGE hit! I got phở … Amazing broth! The only downside is no beer, but I still gave 5 stars because I see a sign on the wall about a brewhouse coming soon…
