I have been using Towne Center Tire Factory for many years for everything from Tires, transmission and engine work and have always been pleased with their service. I don’t know what the issue is with Lindsay A but I have a pretty tough time believing she spent $ 300 per tire, although they do carry some high-end tires which cost that much. Towne Center Tire always balances their tires before they put the tires on the customers car unless they specifically say ‘They don’t want the tires balanced.’ When Towne Center Tire sells a new tire, it is their standard policy to balance the tires. Also since Lindsay A says she is listed as living in Wash. DC, why is she rating a tire store in Grants Pass, OR?

Got brand new tires for our BMW here. 1,000 miles later our way to trade the same BMW in for a new vehicle one of the tires popped. Because of that we got significantly less for our trade in. Tires were also not balanced correctly. We paid $ 300 per tire. Not okay for one to go bad within a 1000 miles and for them to not be balanced appropriately. Very disappointed in the product here. Will not return.

Recently I needed tires for a 2005 Ford pickup I had recently purchased. When I got it, it didn’t have a spare tire/wheel assembly. The 1999 and newer Ford Super Duty series have a unique metric wheel lug pattern, and the 2005 and newer require a 17″ or larger wheel to clear the brake calipers. Not only did I get a good price on a set of new tires, they had the exact matching wheel in stock, and they didn’t gouge on the price at $ 35. They took the best condition old tire off my truck, and mounted it on the wheel as a spare. I’d already checked out every other tire shop in town, no one else had a basic steel wheel for this truck. I’d call this excellent customer service.
