The staff are available, friendly and are not hoovering. The store is clean and well organized. It is after all Home Depot and has just about everything one needs for home maintenance.

Two months ago, I returned an air compressor which was broken and under warranty. Home Depot would not replace it or repair it on site. Both replacement compressors and repair facility is on site. They shipped it somewhere and are not able locate it presently. Very poor customer service

Service with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. Helpful directions or they take you to what you are looking for.
Selection is outstanding in the entire store. The classes they offer and kids activities are fun for all and many seem to get a lot from them.
Veterans reserved parking and discount in the store is way cool and much appreciated!

Yes they use 3^rd party installers, how much kick back does HD receive? Crazy expensive. Cheaper to rent pod from Medford, and have couple guys move furniture. $ 75 for small curio cabinet. $ 275 for 52 inch flat screen a 65 yr old woman brought in from car? Really!

I do some shopping here, things like paint and painting supplies, bought some crown moulding, plumbing and electrical supplies, and SOMETIMES they have some good deals on Milwaukie tools, SOMETIMES! Day in and day out, Farmers beats them on Milwaukie tools, and Farmers runs GREAT Milwaukie promotions almost constantly, with buy this or that, and get a free accessory or something to that effect. Lumber prices are okay, parking is great and staff is friendly, if not necessarily well versed in all the product applications.

Normally I wouldn’t bother rating Home Depot since it’s a chain and they’re all basically the same. The one here in GP stands out though. There’s always someone to greet you at the door and send you in the right direction. The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time you walk in the door you are greeted by knowledgeable person. I love this store. The employees know where everything is, It’s easy and quick in and out. Never had a bad experience here! Thanks again Home Depot! Way to go. Other stores should follow in your footsteps. I purchased the wrong item one time, no problem at all, even the returns are easy. Doesn’t get any better than this.

Not in love with this store at all!!! If you are younger, forget about getting good service. When you do get help they will treat like a little kid and assume you have no money and show you the cheap alternative to what you really want. Condescending jerks. The only reason they get two stars is because they have good prices on their tools. If it wasn’t for that it would be 0 stars if available.

We had great service with Ed. On a busy Saturday, my friend and I asked him to solve our problem: We had started vacation from Vancouver using a used ramp to transfer into our borrowed holiday van (I use a wheelchair). A 4 inch square was necessary to use the ramp. Ed measured and remeasured until he got it just right, then sawed and nailed it together. Then, he only charged us for the wood! I used that ramp for four weeks, thanking him each time. I’m so grateful!
