I was coming into town for a friends birthday and needed to order a cake. The lady on the phone was nice and competent. But when I went to pick up that cake it was a different story. The cake was completely lopsided and uneven. I was told it would be 4×4, which is was not (not even close) and the sprinkles on the side were put on very unevenly.
I understand that this is not a specialty bakery, but some basic things (such as the size/​shape of the cake) are pretty standard.
When I picked up the cake I asked if I needed to leave it out for sometime so i could cut it and the girl was quite rude saying it was ready now (it wasn’t, I nearly broke my knife trying to cut it)

I stopped by to pick up some ice cream for my wife and I, and as the weather was nice, it was fairly busy. I know it’s always a hassle when you order a pint of ice cream, but the young lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and friendly. Every time I go in, the people working are quick to smile and are friendly. Hats off to the owners who obviously set a good tone and make this a great place for people to work.
