Jim Blue and his wife are a team at Pillar to Post and are nice folks, but I don’t recommend using thier home inspection service. They «inspected» a home I purchased and I was very disappointed. There were some repairs that they did not include in thier report and I was left unaware until after we purchsed the home. The issues were visible and obvious, if they had only looked in that area as they should have.
