This was my first time working with a realtor to buy a property, and I can’t imagine it would have been better with anyone else: Della was enthusiastic, detailed, fun, knowledgable, resourceful, and thorough which is why I’m extremely excited to extend a rave review about Della.
Searching for my home was fun at time and very frustrating at times but Della kept me positive throughout the whole process. With the market being super competitive and a bunch of cash buyers and investors out there, I thought it was impossible for me to find a home that was right for me.
Being a first time home buyer also, it was very discouraging getting beat out by cash buyers. I wanted to give up many times but there was Della, she is great! She always reassured and motivated me and kept me going. Della is super responsive, she would return my email, text or call immediately. Well, it finally happened I found something that is perfect for me and Della found all the right professionals to conduct inspections, and clearly laid out all the details of the offer/​counter-​offer process until I was happy.
Another awesome part of my experience is Della’s plus one! Her husband Reuben is also a realtor and they work together as a team which is perfect because If Della had to meet other clients Reuben was there to step in without a hitch and that made me feel like I was a top priority, which I absolutely love!
If I ever need an extremely patient and experienced agent I would absolutely choose Della again. She is very knowledgeable and extremely honest in what she does and will accommodate to your needs.
Also, one more thing… Della is such a sweetheart! She gave me a nice surprise for my new home which touched my heart because it was such a kind gesture. I’d HIGHLY recommend Della to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell a house — she’s an absolute gem.
