I wish I had seen all of these reviews before placing my order :(. It has been an entire month since I placed my(very simple) order of 2 pairs of scrubs – in the same size. I got one embroidered with my companies name(2 words) and after emailing twice and messaging them on Facebook, I finally received a reply on FB that the embroidery department is 2 – 4 weeks behind… This is ridiculous! The embroidery is not that difficult to begin with, not to mention they are pushing the 4+ week mark at this point. It also would have been great to have been notified that my order was anticipated to be extremely delayed as I am obviously in need of my scrubs. When I replied to the Facebook message asking if they had just a ballpark timeframe of when the items would be arriving… Crickets. I will no longer be doing business with this company not only for their extremely long shipping times but also for their(lack of) customer service.

This place is horrible! Do not purchase anything from this company if you ever want to see it. My company ordered several sets of scrubs and they messed up on the orders at least 4 times. The most recent being not sending us our exchanges. They completely missed their own exchange form and just returned the items and then never contacted us. They were so bad my clinic had to write a protocol about buying scrubs: the clinic will no longer purchase the scrubs for us, we now have to purchase them ourselves and then get reimbursed. Not a big deal really. I am more upset about the fact I have 2 pairs of scrub pants that I have already worn and no matching tops.

Bad shipping. I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago. My order was sent to another customer. I’ve send numerous e-mails to the company. The response was since it shows delivered. They can’t do anything about it. I just lost my money

One star is generous for this company. Unfortunately, I work for a company that only uses this site to order embroidered scrubs for my workplace. I recently put in an order which was supposed to be embroidered. First, they sent my order to the wrong person… HOWDOESTHATEVENHAPPEN??? Then, once I did receive my order it wasn’t embroidered! I’ve had to call the company multiple times. The first few times I happened to speak with the same woman who was nice and very considerate but after receiving the incorrect order the woman I spoke with was rude and spoke to me as if I were a child. She said I could send them back but it will take 5 – 10 days for them to receive it, they will charge me about 8 dollars to return my order, take 10+ days to process my returned order, and almost 10 more days to receive the new shipment that should have been correct in the first place. Now I have to go out to a scrub store, PAYMOREMONEY, and pray they have a similar color for me to wear to work while I wait about 30 days to get back the correct scrubs. I am so over this company and I would almost consider switching jobs before I ever have to order from them again.

I have never had a unpleasant experience with any business such as I have had with Lydia’s Uniform. I place an approximately $ 700 order only to find out they did not have the entire order in stock. The order was shipped partially and I wasn’t informed that the order was a partial order until after they had shipped it. THISTOMEIS A VERYDISHONESTPRACTICE!!! Placed an online order on May 31. Never received a confirmation email, even though It appeared as though order went through. Contacted the company and was told there was no record of the order placed, nor would they honor the coupon I was trying to use(since expired). I won’t be ordering from this company again.

HORRRIBLE! I have never wrote a bad review in my life but, this company is absolutely ridiculous. I am an Office Director for an office. We decided to place an order that was rather large and it came back completely wrong. I had one of the Treatment Coordinators contact the office and the customer service was terrible. I was told that we could not be refunded because the scrubs were embroidered however, they were the ones who embroidered female scrubs with a male name!!! They were rude and un-accommodating, speaking to us as if we were little children. Believe me when I say there are cheaper and friendlier places to use.

Be prepared to wait over a month for your order. Also, be prepared to talk to incompetent customer service reps(Lauren) and supervisors(Abigail & Lucia). They offer only excuses, not even a dime in discounts for unsatisfactory orders. All I wanted was my shipping refunded for waiting over a month and that was never going to happen. They were more interested in trying to deflect blame. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

UGH! I used to order all of my scrubs through Lydias. I even recommended them to my new employer when she purchased the business-she wanted new, embroidered scrubs for the whole staff, and we wanted to use a Michigan business. The sizes on the initial order were wrong. The dye lots did not match between tops and bottoms-even though she had called to confirm the lots would match. The wrong order was sent back the day after we received it-over a MONTH ago. My employer has called multiple times to check on the order status, and was treated rudely every time by someone who told her there was nothing they could do to speed things up, and nothing they could do to make sure the colors matched. When you are ordering the SAME brand of scrubs, in the same color, at the same time-is it really that difficult to look and make sure the colors are truly the same??? We finally received our«corrected» order today and lo and behold, the colors still do not match, and only half of the order is in. I am so embarrassed. I went out of my to recommend this company, and now I have egg on my face. I’ve listened to the conversations my boss has had with their«customer service» reps, and I cannot believe ANYONE would be so blatantly unhelpful to someone who is trying to purchase their product. Despite a 10+ year history of using Lydias, I will NEVER order from them again. Shame on you.

We ordered a uniform from Lydia’s after receiving a catalog in the mail. My wfe is a nurse, and orders 1 uniform a month, normally from Scrubs and Beyond, but she saw something in the catalog she liked. We placed the order, and paid a $ 13.99 shipping fee for what we figured was a UPS shipping fee with the thought that it was kind of high for ground service to NC, but we received an e mail indicating the order had shipped, and we were shocked to find out that they charged us $ 13.99 for parcel post service through the USPS. They sent us a tracking number, but as we all know it is just a delivery confirmation number. We hopped on their website, and sent them an e mail, as per their policy which states they will respond within 24 hours of the e mail. We questioned the shipping charge, and believe it or not, now 72 hours later, we have yet to receive any reply to the e mail. Hard to believe we paid $ 13.99 on a $ 42 uniform and it is going to take 10 days for it to ship from Michigan to North Carolina. I would strongly suggest buying what ever uniform from another uniform company. As a comparison, 2 weeks ago she ordered 2 uniform tops from Scrubs and Beyond, a total of $ 38, and paid $ 7 in shipping charges and we had it in our hands in 3 days via UPS. Do not use this company!

I live in CA, so I can’t shop at the store nor pick up my scrubs but these are the best scrubs on the planet. I go to and pick out a bunch of scrubs for a good price. I have the Lydia’s Own Scrubs in 6 different colors, and will be getting more in at least 3 more colors. The LA Rose scrubs are also on my list for my next purchase. Keep doing a great job!
