I had never used Unilocal for anything other than selecting a restaurant. However, when we bought a vacation home in Allegan, I was in need of carpet cleaners. I had been happy with Chem Dry in our home town, but could not find a local franchise on the internet. I found this company, sent a message, got an immediate reply. He was in the area, and was able to come over that day! He did the entire house. Did a great job at a great price! He was also friendly and professional!

My son relocated from CA and we needed a sofa and loveseat cleaned. I called approximately 6 carpet cleaners in the area. Five returned my call but none was as professional as Chem Dry of West Michigan. Prior to arrival they called to verify I would be home. When Tony came to do the cleaning, he was professional, excellent in terms of detail cleaning, friendly, reliable, and hard-​working. I could not have asked for better service. The sofa and loveseat look brand new!!! Though I have been using Chem Dry in CA for 10 years, I have never had the excellent level of service as the Chem Dry of West Michigan, and I am very particular. They were fantastic and though they are just starting out, you will not go wrong with the service. I would definitely recommend them to whomever has something to clean. Incredible!!!
