Worst sprint ive ever been to. Waited 25 mins i was next in line 6 people after me and 5 people on the floor but only one working!!! There was a lady helping other people that were sitting next to her register first rather than calling next in line. Absolute worst never going back here

I have always gotten great service here. Today, Geffrey spent a couple hours talking with me, showing me products, and helping me think through the best course of action for myself. Even when the store is crowded, the customer service agents have always been very cordial and patient, as they should be since they’re making $$. Phones are available and powered up for demonstration, which can help one decide between tempting, competing options. This store has a repair center, too, so it is a full service, one stop shop for all things Sprint. 4÷3÷15
