Service was excellent, three ladies working and quickly offered their assistance.

I was not quite feeling well the day I went in, which was my first time. I needed bras but did not quite feel like looking. I did not have to. The women sized me, listened to what I wanted, and found what I needed, basically while I sat in the dressing room. They respected the price limits I mentioned, as well. The bras are pretty and without a doubt the most comfortable ones I own. As a matter of fact, I got rid of my VS bras and will be shopping Soma for bras/​panties now.
The regular price bras are a bit pricey but are well worth it. I managed to catch a sale the day I went in, but I will definitely go back soon, and I will buy regular price bras if none are on sale, now that I know how they feel.

I was all prepared to spend quite a bit of money in this store, drove over from west Arlington even, and I got totally ignored. I walked in and there were 3 – 4 people standing behind the counter, which is way in the back of the store, and not one of them said anything to me. I stood at a display right in front of the counter for over 10 minutes, and still, not a word. No one spoke to me until I was walking out, and they said, from the back, «thanks.» As I’m walking out. Not a good way to sell. Anything. Very Disappointing service. I’ll order online.

Here’s something you don’t hear from us girls everyday: Oh, I can’t wait to put on my bra tomorrow!
Anyhow…what a nice little treat! The past few weeks I haven’t been having the best luck with bras. Wore a strapless to work one day — by 6pm needed to head to Ross to get another one to survive the remainder of the night. Ordered some online deal 6 for $ 28. Shoulda known I was gonna get some Santee Alley kinda crap. We arrived at the outlets this afternoon and I was happy to see a Soma store. I’ve never shopped through Soma before as they are not as prevalent in CA, but I’m glad I stopped in today.
I asked the friendly associate Kim for help and she gladly started by measuring me. Turns out my bra size changed which could be why they haven’t been fitting as comfortably. She then pointed out some bras in the clearance section in my size to try on. After trying them on, I chose 2 I wanted. After an additional 50% off, both bras came to about $ 28! What a steal! Even at Macy’s 1 good bra on sale is about $ 20.
