Horrible service. My husband and I have been using this place for over 20 years. And had awesome service up until a couple years ago. I’ve been told speciality prices on some items and then come to pick up and my bill is over 200. And them tell me sorry oh well they quoted you wrong. I had to pay or I couldn’t pick up my work items. Also tore curtains that I sent to be cleaned. Then today I go to drop off on a Friday before 2 and was told I couldn’t have my items back before Tuesday after 6. That’s 4 days when we used to get next day service if dropped off by 3

One of my very expensive dress came out with a missing bead and they said they couldn’t do anything about it since they are not responsible… well if I’m a consumer that trust you with my clothing I believe you are responsible for the item. Just think if a mechanic and they took out your BMW and damages it and said its not their not responsible. Same concept. They ended up finding it, but the process of getting them to look for it was not the most fun.

I went to this location to have my uniforms cleaned for a last minute business trip. I felt that they were very courteous and thorough. I asked for medium starch, but because of the uniform’s material, they said that they wouldn’t do it for liability purposes. I understood, but since I’d had them starched before, I knew that the uniforms would’ve been fine starched. No biggie. They had my uniforms ready when promised and even gave me a law enforcement discount! The uniforms look great and I’m sure I’ll be back again! Great job! Can’t wait to see how well they fare on other clothing items…
