While the movers seamed nice when the move was being done the aftermath showed them to be nice… but highly incompetent as well as unprofessional. They bypassed the Parking area and had to use the gate card to get back in, and then failed to return it. the first few phone calls met with a promise of coming by with the gate card. When another call was made to follow up they said they didn’t have it and refused to pay the fee to replace the card. While unpacking and rearranging furniture a tear was found in the bottom of my mattress and damage to shelves was found. Pay a little more and get a real professional mover instead of one that is irresponsible and refuses to make their wrongs right.

Friday, May 15th, I hired & paid 2 drivers from Movers 4 Dallas to relocate my furniture. Upon the completion of my move I noticed that the side rails of my king bed had been damaged & I was unable to reassemble the bed. Monday, May 18th I reached out to DJ or BJ regarding the damage. He asked that I email pictures & he would talk to the drivers about the damage. Tuesday, May 19th he called me back & stated that his drivers indicated that they didn’t damage any of my furniture. When I explained to him that the bed was brand new & I wanted to file a claim he said that there was no need to file a claim because his guys told him that they didn’t damage any of my furniture. Now I’ve had to purchase replacement side rails from Ashley Furniture which cost me $ 228.95. all due to the mover’s negligence. I’m not happy about this at all…
