Domino’s Pizza

I love love LOVE pizza but it’s hard to find GOOD pizza! I’m the type of person who doesn’t love thick overly doughy pizza. but I like thin and hand tossed. Pizza huts hand tossed is just that– Overly doughy and way to greasy! Domino’s hand tossed is PERFECT! Not too much dough, and the flavoring on the trust hits the spot. especially when you finish the piece then lick the garlic off your fingers! I recommend thin & hand tossed. I’ve noticed the time making pizza and delivery has gotten so much better, I get my pizza STEAMING HOT! Friendly drivers too!

After Dominos made a commitment to reinvent itself and make sure they were serving the paying public fresh and flavorful pizza, I decided to go give them a chance! I was very surprised and glad to see they had turned things around! The pizza was delivered fresh, fast and delicious! I was a happy consumer and a reborn patron. Fast forward 8 orders over about 5 months… My son had a friend over tonight and they wanted Pizza Hut because they have some great cookie? I am not a big fan of Pizza Hut but I was willing to order it for them. Well after a few attempts on their mobile app, I gave up! I told my son we would order Domino’s! A fail safe great pizza! We ordered 2 pizzas, an order of 8 wings and a 16 piece par messes bites. The order was delivered in about 45 minutes. Driver– friendly. Food– hot:)! I opened the pizza and the cheese did not look like I remembered in my past orders. It looked like it was super dry and as it had sat under or in a heat element, or it was baked earlier and toppings were added later??? NOT GOOD!!! My kids ate the pizza because they were starving but complained about the staleness. The wings we ordered were nothing but MUSH! The steam that they sat in while in the container and them the delivery box made them not edible!!! Parmesean bites… Not fresh! Not sure what happened? Not sure I will go back!

I ordered last week & my order was delivered not only cold but wrong. They redelivered but if course now it’s nearly 2 hours but it was good. So I ordered again today and once again it’s wrong. I asked that they refund my money & bring me the correct order but they refused. Very poor customer service. Mistakes happen but a company should do service recovery to keep their customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Uncle John’s & Mr. Jim’s are better alternatives.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was in Grand Prairie for a concert and ordered pizza after the show to be delivered to my hotel. They assured me that it would be there within an hour. After about 2 hours pass, I call back and no one answers the phone because they’re closed. No one called me back and I never got my food.

We did a carry out order. This location was speedy, and the quality of the food was excellent.

medium Buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust– do NOT order this. I open up the pizza box, and it did not look like a buffalo chicken pizza. I see pieces of chicken (about 20 pieces total), white cheese, and some orange which I think is cheddar cheese? I don’t know. Took one bite. There is NO HINT of buffalo sauce taste at all. NONE. It tasted like a chicken and cheese pizza. Where’s the buffalo sauce?!? I pretty much gave up on the pizza. I just ate the outside crust and picked the chicken pieces off the pizza. There goes $ 7.99 + tax in the garbage.
My sister had a medium pizza with garlic herb crust. She lives in Hawaii, and she said the Domino’s there make it way better, and they’re not stingy with the toppings. The crust was good when I found the taste of the garlic and herb in it.
