For some reason, this specific Chili’s seems to take forever for the food to be served. Time being anywhere between 30 – 45 minutes. I tried them again a 3rd time and all 3 times food failed to please to both taste and being on time. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Service was terrible. Three servers were quick to introduce themselves but between the 3 it took almost 10 min to get a refill on drinks. We waited 10 min to get requested check. The enchilada soup was thick and it took ten minutes to replace. Such bad service we took the desert/ice cream to go!

Worst Chilis ever. We were seated promptly but it look a little under ten minutes just to get our drinks ordered. Plus we had to wipe down the table ourselves cause it was sticky. Those didn’t come for another five minutes. Our food came out fast and was alright. The biggest problem was the waitress. She clearly did not want to be serving us. I ended up giving a 10% tip but when it hit my account, the waitress adjusted the tip for a higher amount. I ended up calling the manager who was very sorry and fixed the problem. Definitely, not worth coming back for though. Never received my refund. Never coming back here.

Once a year I give chilis a chance to redeem themselves and they never do. Irving Texas — food came out cold so they took it back to probably microwave it and brought it back out. Arlington Texas — ordered a beer to go with my meal and it took 45 mins. Reminded the waitress multiple times. By the time I received it my meal was finished. Grand Prairie — ordered my food, my mothers food and the kids food all the same time. Kids food came out quick which is fine but both my mothers and my food came out nearly 40 mins after the kids. My mom had the prime rib tacos which of course came out cold. The meat was literally cool to the touch. She also had ordered a sweet tea which came out unsweetened and never got her refill when asked. I had the chicken fried steak and had asked for creamy mashed potatoes and gravy but what came out was a chicken fried steak with loaded baked potato??! Come on really? So I let it slide and just asked for hot sauce for my chicken fried steak. I was given the option of tabasco or cholula. I chose cholula which never came out. Another waitress walks by and I ask her nicely if I could please have some hot sauce and she tells me they only have Tabasco. That never comes out either. Here I am on the last bite of my chicken fried steak. The waitress who said they only have Tabasco brings me a bottle of… yes u guessed it… cholula. But of course I’m already done I don’t need it. Keep in mind this was a Monday night and it was not busy at all. Now back to my kids meals. You remember me mentioning they came out quickly? Well the next morning my daughter was sent home from school with a 104 fever, a stomach ache and vomiting. She had chicken crispers, fries and corn on the cob. My son had fries and Mac and cheese which he hardly ate because he’s 3. I’m almost certain she got food poisoning from there maybe undercooked chicken tenders? Lord knows what. Never again giving them a chance. Thought third time was a charm. Gtfoh chilis. I’m surprise you’re still open. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First time ordering at their to-go. I asked how long it would take and the cashier said 10 minutes so I waited inside and my boyfriend waited in the car. I definitely had to wait longer than 10 minutes for our food.

Came in on New years night about 9pm after a long day at six flags. We ordered Fried pickles, salads and steaks. The fried pickles came out and before I could eat one the salads came out and I swear not 20seconds later the«manager» brought our steaks to the table and had to sit them on the other end because now we have a 3course meal on the table and have not taken a bite of food. The«manager» just tried to sit the steaks on the table and walk off so I stopped her and complained that at most restaurants you get time to eat your appetizer then time for the salads the the entrée not all at once, she apologized and took 3.00 off the bill. My wife cut into her Medium steak and it was well done, so we send it back. 20 minutes later a new steak arrives and she cuts into it and blood runs down and fills the plate. We send this one back and ask for it to go since I have already finished my meal. I stopped the«manager» and explained we had sent it back twice and she looks at me and says«SORRY» and walks off. My wife was leaving for North Dakota the next morning for 3 months and this was our last meal together. I got the receipt and posted on the website it gave for feedback as well as on the chilis website. ITSALMOSTTWOWEEKS and I have heard from no one

When we arrived, it took at least 5 minutes for the hostess to greet us. They had plenty of tables available, however, they were all dirty. While she left to cleaned off a couple of tables, a waitress came by to ask where the hostess was and eventually seated us herself. Many tables continued to stay uncleaned. We received our chips and salsa. The chips were soggy and full of grease. When our«sizzling» fajita plate came out, it wasn’t sizzling or even hot. It was warm to the touch, sitting in juices that are suppose to be non existent on a sizzling plate. We ordered a double order of steak meat, however, you can clearly tell it wasn’t a double order. When the manager came by, he simply stated that he could reheat our plate. We decided to leave and we will definitely not be back.

We have been coming here since they opened this location. It is right by our house. But we have been coming less and less due to poor service and terrible food. I don’t know if it is all of them but it is at this location. We have had corn on the cob arrive still frozen on our plate and the ribs have been dry to almost inedible. We have not had very good customer service over the last 6 or so times that we have eaten here. In most cases we have rarely even seen our wait staff while we were there. We have officially stopped coming here. We plan to try another location but are not in any hurry due to our experiences here.

Not a good Chilis… The queso which is usually my favorite thing from Chilis is super oily and gross. The southwestern egg rolls(my second favorite thing) were not crispy at all. Chicken crispers should be crispy as well but suffered the same fate as the egg rolls. I avoid this Chili’s and drive to the one closer to the Park’s mall if I am craving the queso or egg rolls.

I hate to do this but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to why? 1) table dirty 2) greeted 10 min later 3)chicken for the Cajun chicken pasta was undercooked 4) fried pickles were dripping grease 5) wrong ingredients used in the El Nino Margarita

Chili’s is not known for exceptional service(or food, for that matter) and I usually only come here because friends insist on it or I’m with coworkers. The few times I’ve visited this location, the service has been pleasant in the bar or in the main dining area. The food is decent and I usually opt for a lunch special with a sandwich, fries, and soup. At the end of the day, it’s a Chili’s and I don’t expect a fine dining experience.

We enjoyed our experience at this location of Chilis. The restaurant was clean and parking was available in front of the entrance. Our server was prompt, polite, and attentive. When he wasn’t assisting us, the servers were cleaning the restaurant so it looked nice for other guests. We did have to switch out an appetizer because it was spivey, however there was no problem with that. Both managers that we communicated with we’re courteous and helpful. It made for a good time out for a family. Also relatively inexpensive.

Have gone to most chili’s in the area now and was hoping this one would be good. Ordered thinking I was getting a lunch special but I was mistaken on the day guess it was my fault but waitress didn’t realize as well. That being said I ordered southwest chicken soup and it had no shreds of chicken in it WASNOT worth 4 dollars it was horrible. Ate the pizza and crust was doughy just altogether not good, bf had new burger and said it had to flavor. I’m really seriously starting to never want to come to a chili’s ever…

Food is typical Chili’s so not much to relate there. We’ve always found the service to be fine, nothing great, nothing horrible. Anytime we’ve found a discrepancy on the bill(a discount wasn’t applied), it was resolved in short order without any fuss.

I was hesitant to come here because of all the bad reviews(but we were in the neighborhood) and to my surprise everything was fine! Our server was attentive, food came it quickly, and it tasted good! We got the 20 $ dinner for 2, which is an appetizer and two entrees. I got the chipotle chicken flatbread(which comes with 4 slices) and it was very good for my first flatbread ever ordered at chili’s. For the first entrée I got the pork canita’s /chicken fajitas which were good as well! Second entrée we got an 6oz sirloin steak. And let me tell you… Perfectttttt medium rare! It was nicely pink, tender and very delicious. What was pretty cool was that they give you an little tablet to play with(cost .99 by the way be careful where you click!!) but you can Pay your tab using the tablet! It even prints out your receipt for you. Which I thought was neat & a quick way to pay and leave.

Terrible service… slow, sloppy, unhelpful staff… Food is good — not any different from other Chili’s. Update: things seem to be improving. Maybe new management?

Don’t come here. Mediocre service, Luke warm food, messed up drinks, messed up orders. There are other locations in Arlington/Grand Prairie area that are far better. They’ve replaced management multiple times over the years and it just gets worse.

My friends and I thought we would give this location a try again. We have had bad service here before so we started going to a different location. Anyway, the service is still very slow and 2 of our meals came with cold to room temperature food. The manager is offering to replace it, but we will not be back for a long time.

Service remains the biggest concern with this restaurant! Understaffing directly impacts the quality of service! The last time I was there, I was told to wait for at least fifteen minutes… I looked in and found that the restaurant was not full at all… but actually half empty!!! Not having enough servers was limiting the amount of tables being used! Not a good situation to be in for a relatively new site!
