Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ve eaten here before and thought they were just ok. I don’t know why but every time I walk in here it feels dingy. Sorta like the carpets may need to be cleaned. Maybe it’s the lighting and the dark colors. It’s usually pretty empty after lunch so beat time to get a drink.
I will say this Buffalo Zoo drink is very good and refreshing. This would make a great summer drink to have out on the patio.
Service was quick and the guy was friendly.

I have been in the service industry for over 15 years, I know difficult working in a busy restaurant can be. I always give the server the benefit of the doubt… It takes a lot to upset me, but tonight I would leave zero stars if I could…
Terrible service… Server disappeared outside several times, food came out wrong and incomplete, no napkins, no silverware. We had to ask multiple times for the same items. Food was cold tasteless. Server never pre-​bussed our finished plates… Just Plain Dirty… No thanks!

Love this place! It will get crowded during a UFC fight but we always sit at the bar and we get great service.

We went to try the new zesty citrus sauce, it a good but that was the only good thing there. The service was horrible, I ordered the chicken garden salad and was gross, the tomatoes came in huge quarter slices and the chicken was tough and tasted odd. My husband and I will not be returning to this location

Very bad service. Hostess was confused and disconnected. She asked how many was in our party, we stated 2 she then Got flustered after us asking if there was a booth available (we hadn’t moved from the front door yet?
Got to table, after we found the table Ave asked hostess if we could sit there, and it was filthy. She at least offered to clean it without us asking, though. It till the waiter a while to come to our table. He took our orders. It then took soooooo long for us to get our food. When food came, it was incomplete from what we requested. We had to keep asking for refills. AND THEN THE BILL CAME. It was an amount that we did not expect for 2 people. I guest the waiter heard us discussing it bc the price we saw on the receipt was not the price we paid; we paid less.
This may be my last visit to BWW because the last visit at a different location, the wings were not fully cooked.

The location is great but it smells horrible. We always have to sit out in the patio. The people are really nice though.

Hot beer and short pours as well. When you charge what they do for beer it better be cold and with no more than a 1 inch foam lip

Bad service, only ordered drinks and they still took long. We were really looking foward to enjoying the soccer game and they weren’t playing it but they were nice and changed the channel for us so I give them that.

Smells weird inside but the bartender is always on point and the mac and cheese is worth murdering for. Great patio btw

If I could rate them lower I would. There is a pungent smell of vomit, permeates the entire restaurant. Add to that (super late attempted to push past it) we sat for 15 minutes without so much as a drink order or sighting of our server. 6 servers said «have a good night» as we walked out. Never again.

This place kind of sucked. The whole restaurant had a funny smell to it. We ordered one of the sampler dishes and tried to sub items out of it — however our server told us the kitchen wouldn’t do it. The hot pretzel bread and queso is good. Not keen on the pita chips for the spinach and artichoke dip. Jalapeño poppers are ok. And I got mango haberno boneless bites but the sauce on them just tasted funny and left a bad after taste.

Awful manager and customer service! Smallest one in the DFW area and honestly not worth it. Drive a few more miles to deal with better managers! Will not be returning

Richard went out of his way to help me which is super rare considering my situation. Definately have a customer for life! Sometimes it’s the little things… Keep up the great service and thanks again!

The last two times I ate here I fell in love with the spicy garlic wings. Well this time I got them to go cause I had family at the house. I’ve waited so long to enjoy those wings again. Only this time I was SOO disappointed! :/​and so was my girlfriend. We both felt cause like since we got the order to go that they didn’t give it the same treatment they would if we had dined in. There were hardly any sauce and after eating 3 wings I had enough. Probably won’t be eating there for a while.

I’ve been to this location several of times. My Virgin frozen Strawbery Daiquiri is the bomb! I want hungry this time around but the customer service was pretty good. My friends food looked awesome.

Came in a was seating very quickly. Waitress came right over and took our drink order and was very polite. Our appetizer took a little long to come out. It was only some warm pretzels. After they came, our food came quickly after. Food was good. Restaurant was a little cold though.

Fill the cups of ranch up all the way!!!
Every time I come here the ranch cups are half full. Those are true words from an optimist! The wings here are always pretty good, except they need to have more sauce on them.
Every single time I ask the waitress for extra sauce on the wings, and they usually are still kind of dry. Other than that the waitress I had last Thursday was very fast and the service was great! I enjoy coming here because it is so close to my apartment. I’ve been to better BWW though ;)

I come here lot and never had a problem with the service or food. Always have a great experience here.

I’m so disappointed. Wings and beer is fine but does it have to be dirty and disappointing? Service is bad. Food isn’t much better. Fried pickles were clumped together sad looking. Ranch dressing is bad, bad!
Service is bad. Bathroom is a mess! Tables were sticky have I mentioned how bad the service is?
I’m sitting here now, wondering why I didn’t go to hooter. At least the food is good over there. This is the last time Buffalo wild wings…
Your service is terrible.

Fruit flys flying around you while you try to eat. Unsanitary and gross. Told the server and all she said was «oh». oh gee thanks.
I was already out of my seat ready to leave because one flew on my wing. And I had 3 left.
