Thank you Shane and staff at Simply Mac for the newer Ipad2. I am so grateful for all the help trying to get my late wife’s Ipad 2 unlocked by Apple support. Your solution was simple and more than I hoped for. Thank you for helping me set it up. I will not hesitate to recommend your store to people looking for Apple products. We made the right choice when we selected this Simply Mac to purchase our pre-owned Ipad2.

The thing to remember with simply mac is that they are third party to apple and because of this apple dictates what they can and cannot do. So when doing a repair apple tells us what we can repair and if we can do it in store what we can and cannot do in terms of a repair. However when you do it yourself you void any warranty and we can’t help you and apple wont help you. So yes our prices are high but we aren’t ripping anyone off we are told what to charge by Apple.

I was trying to get my IPhone 5s repaired because it would not charge. The tech at simply Mac said I would have to buy a new phone because the charging port was not replaceable. I decided to look online and in about 5 min I found out it was replaceable, how to replace it and where to order the parts from. The charging port was $ 10.00 and it took about 15 min to replace. Now my phone works perfectly. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to simply Mac. They were trying to rip me off for $ 265.00 for a refurbish phone and said I would have to give them my phone. I will never even think about using simply Mac for anything ever again. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!!! They will rip you off!!!

I have visited Simply Mac three times to ask for help and once to actually buy something. At no time did I have to wait very long and the help I was given was right on. No condescending looks, to talking done – just straight forward, friendly help, directions clearly given.
