My fiancé and I were absolutely thrilled with the customer service and quality at Samuels. Not only were they hundreds of dollars cheaper than the «big names» like Zales and Kay, but they also treated us like gold!(no pun intended) They special ordered my diamond and made my ring completely to our specifications. Zales had ordered low quality, yellow diamonds in for me to look at… And they were $ 200 more expensive. Samuels explained the clarity scale and what looks best as a solitaire setting. My ring is exactly what I wanted and it is all thanks to Samuels and their incredible staff. We recently went back and bought our wedding bands from them as well. They are now «our jeweler». We will be going back for ANY fine jewelry needs we may have!
