This is a really nice indoor gun range. Although it is a club, nonmembers are welcome. The current charge for using the range is $ 15 for nonmembers, but you can stay as long as you like,(or burn up as much ammo as you can afford). They also rent various pistols and long guns to try out. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer classes for improving skills or certification for concealed carry. Having been a guy who learned to shoot out in the desert punching holes in cans, Rocky Mountain Gun Club is a welcome change.

This is the only indoor range in between Denver and SLC. The place was new in 2014. It’s nice sighting in your pistols in a climate controlled room, I find myself taking a lot more time tuning everything perfectly how I want it. They have a bow range, pistol range & a rifle range. The rifle range has an open area where they have different types of events set up. There are knowledgeable range officers on duty that will help you out if you have trouble clearing a malfunction or just a general question. The RO’s are always helpful and there if you need them. One of my favorite things is you can rent firearms so you can try before you buy essentially. They also have full auto rentals, the full auto Glock 19 is probably my favorite so far, those 30 rounds are down the range in no time and it’s accurate. The staff has a great collective knowledge and you can get pretty much any info or help you need on any firearm. I’ve had some gunsmith work done and it’s always worked out how I wanted & expected. The only problem I’ve had was a bad spring in a ghost trigger kit that they installed in my glock, I let them know it was striking weak and they fixed it with no problems at all. There’s a member’s lounge with a kitchen, couches, tv, and outdoor seating so you can relax in between shooting. Just a great all around place to hang out, shoot, and meet people.
