Grand Junction, CO
VA hospitals sometimes get a bad wrap. This hospital is amazing and does not fall into the bad category at all. A bit disorganized for clinic visits, yes but only because there are so many volunteers.
We have been assigned this hospital for my husband. Even though it is a three hour drive from where we live, I prefer it over the others in our town and in the two towns between. Staff and doctors are friendly for both in patient and out patient procedures. I have total confidence in the medical team and I am sure if you are a veteran in need of medical care you will too.
