Stopped in for dinner on our way home to IN tonight. Got a friendly hi from the cashier who walked up from the back somewhere. When I said«hi, how are you» I got the«it’s the worst day of my life» story. I guess it’s true you shouldn’t ask unless you really want to know! The staff was dressed in street clothes with handwritten name tags and had absolutely no energy. When dinner came, my husband looked at his $ 6.59 grilled cheese and wondered if that was it or not. He was unimpressed(grill means brown marks, right? No grill marks on his«grilled» cheese). I needed more dressing for my Fuji apple salad and received barely two tablespoons in a small cup. I get food cost is high, but the salad costs $ 8.79; surely you can afford to put a little more dressing on it? Overall it was average, but our experience certainly doesn’t make us want to return to any Panera, let alone this one. I guess competition in the Grand Island sandwich niche must not be bad enough to warrant better service and food.

So for a 20 dollar meal I feel that we could of done better eating at a mc donalds. At least there I wouldnt feel i needed to wear a bib to stop the sandwich from falling appart all over me. With my girlfriend being completly unimpressed with her choice steak sandwich that was bleeding. Kill the dam cow first please!

Smiles? Not here! This would be my second time at this establishment and I have to say customer service is not on their top list. Seems like all the employees have a very dull attitude and honestly seem depressed to be working here. Food is pretty good though and the place is well kept clean. Overall this will be my last time eating here until this problem is fixed. I can easily go elsewhere for the same good food but better service.

Not as good as some panera but still good. Really disappointed they did not have potato soup. Baugette was a little stale.

Panera’s always a solid go to when traveling. I love that the menu stays about the same wherever I go, and I can be confident knowing that the items always come out consistent despite location. Came here for lunch on a work trip, and was happy to know my favorite power chicken hummus bowl was offered, and paired it with a chicken noodle soup. Staff here are kind and accommodating, and bring out the food to your table. Felt much more like a sit down restaurant than some other Panera locations.

As far as a Panera goes, this one is pretty up to par with the food and the service. The only reason it doesn’t get all 5 stars is because it has a tendency to run out of menu items rather often. I can understand running of out something when it’s 9:30 p.m., but running out of items by 5 pm? before the dinner rush? Whoever’s in charge of ordering the daily or weekly food supply needs to recalculate.
