We came here late at night hoping to get a comfort meal on our way home during a long road trip. The staff were all friendly, helpful and the pizza was dynamite. I’m glad to see they have other glowing reviews as they seem well deserved. This was a real treat for us and a nice atmosphere for dinner or a small party.

I’ve been to many Godfather’s Pizza across the country, and I would say this one is average. The pizzas here are decent, but nothing spectacular to write home to mother about. Normally, I order them to go and almost always its ready in 15 minutes. The service here is friendly, and the prices are average for pizza restaurants. Godfather’s Pizza is a nice change every once in a while.

Nothing really extraordinary, like the other Unilocaler stated, it tastes like Pizza Hut, a bit pricey too, I don’t recommend it, we ordered a Hawaiian, and only ate half of the pie.

Wonderful service. Came here on a recommendation from Anderson Kia. Excellent cheese sticks, great (Thursday) deal on large pizza ($ 10). This review is coming from Chicago natives. If we are in the area again we will surely return.

We are from a town with delicious pizza restaurants, so our standards are set pretty high. We ordered pizza from Godfathers based on the Unilocal reviews. Our opinion is that it is made and tastes exactly like Pizza Hut pizza. It didn’t taste bad, but it definitely was not worth $ 25 for one pizza.

i loved the South Locust Godfathers for years growing up so i had to visit when i was in town for lunch– that was before it moved to this building the old Sax’s pizza– and if anyone wonders if they’ve declined in quality thats a big NO. nice place to eat in– they have a lunch buffet that is very popular it was busy when i was there– cheerful staff and excellent pizza and garlic bread. Godfathers is one of my favorites still!
i’d go back in a heartbeat!
