The drive thru is the worst. Only idiots man it. My order has been wrong the last three times in a row after excessively long waits. The manager is so rude. I won’t be back. And the parking lot is a nightmare. There is nowhere to turn and someone is always blaring their horn at you wanting you to move. It’s like nowhere else in Grand Blanc.

I was really unimpressed by the manager’s unprofessional demeanor while handing me my food. I get that she may have had a stressful day, but to be snotty and annoyed with me because I’m making you do your job is out of line. You won’t have my business any time soon, not that this business really needs it.

I’ve had good experiences at this location. I love the $ 1 large pops; not all McDonald’s locations have this. The interior has a decent coffee shop décor and free wi-​fi.

I have been to this McDonalds several times because it is convenient. I have had many errors with my orders and at times I have found the place quite slow for a fast food restaurant. However — it is a fast food place and basically run by kids so what can one expect? At least the food is consistent — its McDonalds!

PFFFFFT!!! Rude employees, rude managers, cold fries, cold burgers, flavorless hot cocoa… I guess it’s just fast food and what can you expect, right?
