Tried the new nachos they advertised and was extremely disappointed they were flat out nasty. The meat had no flavor and the chips tasted old. Don’t try the new nachos not worth it

Nice clean restaurant. Not so busy. The staff are nice and friendly. Not too much to review about fast food places. Just a good place to quench your alternate taste for tacos and burritos.

I don’t get it, the drive threw was filled with cars because there isn’t a single sign that says«hey we’re closed» not to mention the guy at the window working was literally just staring and saying«no» when I didn’t even ask a question. Lol wtf?

I’m only doing this review because of the friendly service I have had over the years of coming to this one. It’s Taco Bell, so most of us know what type of food is expected. I like this one because it’s close to home and because it has good customer service. Steel(I think that’s his name), is one of the nicest employees there. He always has a smile on his face and greets you with friendly customer service. Working in fast food is not an easy position, but he seems to have it together. Thanks Taco Bell!

I just had a nice experience at this taco bell on san fernando mission blvd and woodly the food was great nothing bad about it it came cooked right tasted great nothing broken mangled with even the shells and meat and everything was perfect I would give this group a raise quickly the guy who was at the drive thru window was a gentlemen and very polite smiled and just very friendly without being awkward I visited on Monday August 10th about 10:00 p.m. thank you very much for not making me and my girlfriend regret going it was very much appreciated and were very thankful that you guys did such a great job.

This location NEVER gets our order correct. It’s correct in the screen and then they give to us either incorrect or missing items. This isn’t a one time occurrence and at this point they are just stealing our money.

I had to use the restroom after just picking up my brother so I went in to buy two Freezers… the man at the cash register said it’ll take 5 mins because they weren’t ready. HELIED! It wasn’t until after 18 mins that I went up to say something. Then he had the nerve to ask if I wanted one that was sitting there for 18 mins. No thank you. They were kind enough to let me switch one and get something else off the menu but this was a terrible experience!

Theyre crazy ridiculously slow and are never on top of the customers in the dining room. They always get the orders wrong, and never understand what youre ordering. Never coming to this one again.

Great customer service and the food is always serve hot. I don’t know why the other Unilocaler’s are complaining about the service maybe they should look at themselves on how they conduct with others and see why they got the service they did. Overall this Taco Bell is the best in the valley! Great service, food serve hot and large quantities :)

This place is a joke simply because of the unbelievably stupid emolyees. The food is not bad but if you get your order correct, you will be one in a miliion. One employee named Guadalupe is not only incompetent but outwardly rude to customers. Me & my family will never return.

I swung by here for a quick bite, because I was running to make it to a sporting event. It was hardly fast-food. Now, I’m a huge fan of the Bell, bu the service in this place sucked! After shouting my order into the crackling voice box, I could barely understand the voice barking back at me. I pulled forward, hoping my order was correct. When I got to the window, the guy holds his hand out for the money, but I told him I didn’t know how much it was because I couldn’t understand a word he said. After giving him my money, it took at least 7 – 8 minutes to get my food. By this time, 3 other cars stacked in behind me and were looking at me like it was my fault. I kept looking into the window, like WTH? The guy hands me my food with no thank you, or sorry for the delay. So I’ll say it… I’M SORRY, I’m not running for the border over here anymore.
