Very yummy and so many options to make your own pizza. Nice friendly staff and clean.

I was excited to try this place because while living in Georgia I used to go to a place called your pie which was very similar and I really enjoyed their pizzas. So of course right off the bat I started to compare the two. I like the fact that they had options in dough and a wide variety of topping selections. They have about 4 or five different types of cheeses, including vegan which I was very happy to see. They then have a variety of vegetables and finally different means like pepperoni and bacon. The one thing I would have liked to see is tofu as a topping option and broccoli as well, but they might have that next time, so I’ll keep everyone posted. The best part of do it yourself places is that you can add as many toppings as you like and the price is still the same. The only complaint I have is that the crust became soggy very quickly. I havnt had this problem at other similar places, but hopefully this was a one time thing. All the pies are the same size, 8 slices and it costs around 9.50 tax included. The wait was a little long though, about 15min considering there were not that many people there but all the employees were friendly and welcoming. It’s located in a shopping center and there is lots of available parking spaces available. You might not see this place from the street but once you enter the shopping center, you can’t miss it. Do it yourself pizza places are one of my new favorite places and so I will definitely be coming back.

Good stuff. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. You can’t really go wrong here because you choose what goes on your pie. Just a reminder don’t overload or it will just be a huge mess. I took issue with 2 things on this visit: 1) The oven wasn’t properly cleaned out and that causes burnt debris from the previous crusts to catch on the bottom of my crust. I would understand if it was busy but I went in around 2:30pm and it wasn’t busy at all. 2) I had to wait for an employee to finish telling her co-worker about how«other people just shouldn’t mess with her» before I could place my order. Otherwise I really like Pieology!

I have been wanting to try this place out for some time now cause it’s close to home. It’s Saturday, and seems like they are short staffed. The service was friendly, but service took longer then I wanted to wait. The dinning area was a bit messy. I noticed forks and knives on the floor and old drinks on the tables. The price was fair considering it’s unlimited toppings. I would certainly come back, but not on a weekend, unless they get more help. Did I mention the friendly staff? :-)

My first time at pieology and I was beyond satisfied with my pizza! It tasted really good and better than other places similar. They have a wide variety of topping for your pizza which is a plus! I give it a minus one star because it was not the cleanest. Many of the tables were not cleaned off and many of us customers were standing there for a long time waiting for them to get cleaned off.

Been here 10+ times. Always great pizzas(I mean I made it, so that pretty much means I should love it!) and always more than friendly staff! Toppings always look and taste fresh. Ashley(along with all the other managers I’ve ever encountered) was excellent and extremely personable. She made us feel like we were at a family owned restaurant. Pizza everyday! Woohooo!

I’ve heard about this place many times from my friends and family so I had to finally see for myself. I went on a Saturday and at 11 am they where already very busy. The staff was very helpful when they found out that it was my first time there. All the very nice lady’s behind the counter where so polite and friendly. I ordered 2 pizzas and it took about 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got to my truck I had to try this pizza! Let me say this is love thin crust pizza and these pizzas where delicious, they where made perfectly.

I’ve been to this store a few times and honestly I receive the same excellent customer service every time I go with every employee that helps me. They’re always so nice, and have good manners and honestly want to help you. Once we completed our pizzas, we didn’t wait long for our pizzas to be brought to us. You don’t get that feeling of being rushed out by the employees which was great. You can honestly sit and eat your pizza and talk with your friends. Once we finished our pizza, an employee came to see if everything was okay and to see if they could pick up our pizzas since we were finished. All employees were very courteous and always helped us with a smile.

I personally like the pizza here. However, it seems that every time me and my family come here, the service isn’t all that great. To name one negative experience… I ordered a pizza and sat outside with my family waiting for our food to come. A server, a young guy who seemed very anxious(or not attentive) and in a hurry/rush, brought our pizzas over. After handing everyone else their pizzas, he began to hand over my pizza and I begin to reach out and grab hold of it because after all, it’s my order. But then, he says«Wait did anyone here order this?» Then my mom, being my mom, says that she didn’t order it. However that doesn’t mean that I didn’t order it. Then he goes on and says«I think this is the wrong order. Yeah, this is someone else’s order.» Then he quickly snatches my pizza out of my hand and leaves with my order before I was able to react. I then go inside towards the cashier and a manager comes up to me and asks me if I need anything. I told her I was missing my pizza, she brought me my pizza and stated«Yeah, we were wondering who this pizza belonged to!» «Jeesh, I wonder…» –_–

I came here with a family friend for lunch one day. The pizza had a thin crispy crust, which was delish! I liked how they have a variety of toppings & how the employees paid attention & great care to my dietary restrictions. The food came out fast. Sort of fast food, but amazing service & food. Easy to get to & parking was abundant.

This place is awesome! The customer service is great, the staff have so much patience with some customers that take for ever to decide on their order. The place is always cleans and very welcoming, there’s out door seating, so I enjoy having options on where I can sit. Thanks to the staff for your help!!!

I have always loved Pieology and have not mind the sorta high price of the pizza until today. I stopped in for my normal chicken, bell pepper and bacon pizza. To my surprise the crust was tasteless and the vegetables were chewy. I am not sure what happened but they have fallen off from their normal stellar food quality. Pieology, you have one more chance to keep me as a loyal customer… Don’t let me dah down.

Service is taking 25 mins just to get a pizza. There is only 9 people in line. Ridiculous… 5 Staff members. We need more staff so I don’t have to wait in line for so long

We love the pizza here! The crust is always perfection(even the gluten free option). It is nice that they dont limit you to toppings. I dont need to pile mine high but it is nice when they dont look irritated when you ask them to add a bit more onions or bacon. This is our top pizza place in the valley.

Unilocal challenge 2015. 161⁄365 Face it, the San Fernando Valley is not dog friendly at all. Even with patio seating they turn their noses up at 4 legged friends. Stumbled upon this place while looking for outdoor seating and it was next door to a Sushi with a revolving belt. The hubsters wanted sushi in the 105 degrees. The outdoor area had just enough shade for my furbaby. I remember I had pieology in Fullerton, and it was not very good. Today however, my pizza was near perfect. Caressed with BBQ sauce, blanketed with mozzerella cheese, buffalo chicken, regular chicken, bacon, pinneapple and purple onions. The crust was thin and cooked to perfection. Just enough amount of toppings not to weigh it down. I washed it down with one of my most favorite drinks ever… the purple viamin water from the fountain. Service here was amazing. Fast and efficent. Lots of pizzas fit in that oven. Staff was full of smiles. And the best thing was, the pizza artist brought my pizza outside to me because I told her my dog was with me, and I had a hard time finding a place to eat that allowed dogs, and my friends were eating next door. That alone deserves a star. So my pizza was good, not the best, but really good for the price. Service was above and beyond. And its dog friendly. Perfect example why a resturant can get a higher rating from me. Me and my dog are fans. If only they had bones Review # 656

Took my son here yesterday and he was ecstatic over the whole concept. We were quickly greeted by the nice lady at the counter. She was friendly and patient towards my son as he carefully chose his toppings. I love that they offer a wheat option here. My kid enjoyed his pizza very much. Next time I will try a pizza for myself!

I’ve now had the chance to eat at Pieology on three separate occasions, so I feel I have an accurate picture of what their average pizza is like, i.e., I wasn’t served something that wasn’t an accurate representation of their product. The crust is essentially identical to what you’ll get at most«fast casual» pizza places. the dough is put through a sheeting machine presumably because it’s too difficult to train workers to hand-stretch pizza dough. This removes all the gasses from the dough and it results in a flat, cracker-like crust with no rise whatsoever in the rim. I have a strong preference for hand-stretched dough. SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza in Westminster bakes hand-stretched dough in the same pizza oven and temperature and the result is markedly better. It just is. Pieology’s executive chef should take a serious look at this. They use quite of bit of semolina flour or corn meal on their pizza peels to keep the dough from sticking. During the bake it burns a bit(the little peppery-bits on the underside of the pizza). Some people don’t care for it, some like the added textural element. The cheese is the downfall of this pizza. There simply is too much of it to melt properly at their baking temp. When you try to pick up a slice, the cheese comes off the pizza as a large glob along with the rest of your toppings resulting in a stringy, formless mess that must be eaten with a spoon. It’s closer to French onion soup than a pizza at that point. They should seriously consider using about half the amount of cheese as their«default» and/or changing their mozzarella to a brand that melts better. The proteins were decent, but I have to give PizzaRev the nod on this one. They simply have more and they are more interesting.

I like this concept a lot. Very similar to the Blaze, 800 degrees, etc that have been popping up. This particular location is nicely located in a strip mall area, so it is great after a day of shopping and convenient. We came for dinner and they were pretty busy. We felt kind of rushed by them the entire time. Our pizzas came out well and we enjoyed it overall – just felt rushed by the people make the pizzas and they were definitely not the friendliest. 7.95 for an unlimited topping pizza is great but you need some time to think about what you want on it!
