Such a rip off… I was looking forward to dinner with the family. Paid 30 bucks for there new dish. no pickles and the chicken looked like crap. hardly anything there. I took pics. I will never come back. I guess that’s what you get when you have a bunch of kids running the place.

I don’t usually review fast food chains unless they stand out. Zachary makes this place stand out. He knows the menu and is supremely helpful when figuring out what meal is the best price for a family who all want something different. He was so patient and great.

Customer service not a priority at this kfc! Went through the drive thru and one item on my $ 35 ticket was a 6 pc tender meal. Once I got home and opened the box saw that there were only 3 and not 6 pcs. Wouldn’t have even bothered to make the 30 minute round trip back to the store except that I refused to pay $ 8 for 3 lousy strips of chicken. So I drove back and understanding that mistakes can be made, politely told the girl at the window about the error. At no time was a «we’re sorry about that» or any other form of apology offered. Just«that’s fine we can FIX that». Her idea of fixing the issue was to add the 3 missing strips to the same box I had brought back. No offer to even give me a completely fresh order(since after this ridiculous food odyssey my food was already stone cold by that point). That would have been BASIC customer service to at least replace the whole box. Good or exceptional service would have been an offer to comp the item or give a coupon, free item offer, SOMETHING to compensate for the hassle. Forget that! I worked in fast food for 10 yrs myself so I have been on the other end of this scenario and never once did«sorry» not come out of my mouth when a mistake was made. Basic customer service… basic human courtesy. Two concepts that are apparently foreign here.

Terrible!!! You feel the cholesterol. Smells lipid when you step in. The taste ?? Worst is the king. Bad food, bad service, bad mood. Why KFC in the USA is down there? All around the world it’s one of the best. My rating is not for this particular location, it goes to KFC.

I don’t know about other but I always have a great experience with this location. I usually order either 20 – 30 pieces of Hot wings. I like to get the fresh batch of course. They always offer drink while I’m waiting. Other locations I’ve been to, not really. As for the Hot sauce, they have no problem of giving it to me a lot. With other location I have to argue with them. I mean come on, I order 20 – 30 pieces and you gonna give like 10 pack of hot sauce. Anyway I love this locations service and will always come here.

My first visit here at kfc was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, I’m surprised to see such negative reviews from this location! The employees went out of their way to accommodate me like no other fast food restaurant had done before! Their crispy chicken is the juiciest! Definitely will be returning here with my family once again. Colonel sanders knows what he was talking about when he said worlds best chicken!

Visited this location on 9−10−15. I was very pleased with the service that we received. Johanna was very nice and accommodating. My boyfriend requested that he have some fresh wings cooked and with a smile she said that they’ll be glad to do that if we didn’t mind waiting about 9 mins. We were more than happy to wait. We ended up ordering more items from the menu than we had anticipated. Keep up the great customer service.

According to Unilocal and the stores posted hours, this location is closed at 10:30 pm. Personally, I despise this restaurant chain, and now for good measure too. I walked into this location at 10:05 pm with my girlfriend. When we walked in, every employee in the place turned around and yelled at us that they were closing. Listen, I work at a restaurant and hate it when people come when we’re about to close as well, but 30 minutes is not the same as «we’re closing». After i notified them that it was only 10:05, the employees all turned amongst themselves and starting talking shit about me and my girlfriend in Spanish. Thats right, even though I am not Mexican, and I don’t look it, my girlfriend is. She was appalled by the things they were saying about us. Other customers walked in a few minutes after us and were treated to the same nasty treatment that the working crew gave us. These workers were also giving out free food to one of the cashiers girlfriend. The funny thing is the cashier was calling my girlfriend fat, but when you saw his girlfriend, you know, the one that management would love to find out who’s getting free food? That girl… my god she must have ate the entire store. KFC headquarters has been notified about these racist little pricks, and now the public has too. BTW people of Los Angeles, these are the low lives that will be getting paid 15 $ an hour in the near future. Have fun with that.

The staff was very sweet and gave me a cookie for having to wait for my chicken tenders. :)

This place has horrible service! All the employees are lost and clueless. If this placed had better management it wouldn’t have so many bad reviews. It took about 15 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even correct. I witnessed about 5 orders after mine that were incorrect as well. Even in the drive thru the orders are wrong. I would stay away unless there are no other customers inside. I agree with the person who said if there are people in line, to just go away. The food wasn’t warm as its suppose to be. I was hungry so I ate it :/

KFC is a comfort food and treat for many of us on special occasions– a Saturday when you don’t want to cook; a kid’s party, you know… so I have given this location maybe a dozen visits in 3 years. Bear with this review, it gets UNBEARABLE. Never have they gotten the order right. This is not a generalization, I mean, NEVER. I have gotten home and had missing or wrong items, so I am now trained to check the bag… Also, when ordering, they rarely have all items on the menu and ask to subsitute– this is true at ALL So Cal KFCs I have been to, every time for 15 years(Kazi Foods, the owner of all SoCal franchises from what I can tell). Last week ended it for me and hence this review. I stopped by in the evening to order one crispy breast to go. Period. The clerk took quite some time to get to the counter and quite some time to figure out the register. No problem, I get it. I ordered, she looked behind her at the racks of chicken, rang me up and took my $. She turned around and left. Then… nothing. 5 minutes go by and there are people back there but who knows what’s going on. Finally another clerk comes up and announces they are out of crispy, would I like something else. No, I prefer a refund, that’s all I wanted, why I came in and what was rung up. Blank stare is all I get… she leaves. More back of kitchen murmuring. All of 3 excruciating minutes, original clerk comes back and asks if I want a substitution. NO I want my refund. Now I am pissed. I want to leave and you have my $. But the supervisor(I believe that was the term, it wasn’t manager) has to do the refund, and she isn’t available. Finally someone goes outside and brings in the shift leader or whatever she is called, and she asked what seemed to be the problem. At this point I am skipping dinner and so flumoxed I could blow a gasket. I finally get my refund and she has a defiant, smug look on her face like I am too blame when I yell that I cannot get my time back at least give me my money. If you want to see a bunch of clueless employees with no training and horrible leadership apparently on up the chain, this is the place. We might say«it’s fast food who cares»… with fast food full individual meals hitting $ 10 now, ITMATTERS. If UNDERCOVERBOSS ever wanted to do an amazing show, this is the store. Fire them all. Harlan Sanders would be rolling in his grave.

The staff is very friendly. But the food was not fresh at all. The food was warm but it taste like it was sitting there for very long time it was soggy not Crispy. Also been a very long time to do to get that was no fresh. I was in the drive-through if I was in the store I would’ve asked a new food plate.

This is the second time I’ve experienced a problem at this location, thinking that it wouldn’t happen again and I still had a problem. My girlfriend and I came back to this location because it is the closest location near me and we were craving your food. My girlfriend ordered her food, and she noticed as she was paying the potato wedges on the floor, so did the cashier. The cashier thought walking over them wouldn’t be noticed, when me and my girlfriend both saw it on the floor. My girlfriend never received a receipt hence only ONE negative review instead of two. When I was paying my food, i wasn’t offered the upgrade for a large drink like my girlfriend was, where is the service there? Once we both paid for our food, we waited longer than the time quoted to get our food, and when I asked for condiments, i get 6 overall both ketchup and hot sauce, really?!? When we were eating our food, my girlfriends potatoes were dry, it wasn’t the usual moist texture you offer. Overall HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Went through drive thru, asked for two separate orders. We both order the exact same thing so you think this would be easy… They forgot one of our drinks, the meal came with three chicken strips and they gave us two, they didn’t add honey or butter for the biscuit and I asked for specific sauces twice– one time directly to her as she grabbed them and she still managed to give me the wrong ones. This place sucks.

Clean, fast, great food. No problem. Weird the reviews are so bad. Got the famous bowl, they put a ton of stuff in it. It seems pretty busy, so perhaps that’s why some people had them run out.

If you see two or more people in line just walk away. Go across the street to Ralph’s & pick up the chicken they have, it’s probably been sitting out the same amount of time but it will be less painful as far as the time you waste sitting around in this dump. I waited 15 minutes to get a 10 piece of those«hot shot bite» chicken pieces which weren’t cooked when I ordered them they were just sitting in the heater with all the rest of the food. The guy at the register messed up my order &3 other orders that came after me while I waited & watched them slowly bag up everyone’s food order. No wonder there aren’t that many KFC’s around anymore, the dumb dumbs they have working here don’t know what they’re doing.

This place is HIGH! Well, it is Cali; so I guess it is what it is. The drive-thru is awkward to say the least, but the service was pretty fast. The food was good.

This location is pretty horrid… I’ve been here multiple times, and more times than once, they’ve run out of chicken… It’s a fast food joint for chicken – how can you run out? And on multiple occasions that I’ve visited? I waited almost 40 minutes for two buckets of chicken(though they told me it would be 20 minutes) and would have left except for the fact that I needed it for my sister’s birthday party and I already paid. Glad Zankou Chicken opened in the same complex. Looks like I’ll be going there for my chicken needs. At least they always have their product in stock and ready to go!

Oh if only there was another KFC/church’s/popeye’s was close by… close to grocery shopping and so on… the star rating is based on the establishment and the service. food at kfc is. well, it’s a chain. you know what you’re getting(usually) this place is always running out of extra crispy and has heaps of original laying around. what should they eventually infer from that? MAKEMOREEXTRACRISPY!!! i’m going to take a stab at this and say it’s bad chain management… they need to go to CSUN and take a System Operation class. -.- i wouldn’t recommend going through drive through jus cuz there is such a high chance of your order getting messed up/you not getting what you want. if you’re actually in there and if they dont have exactly what you want, you can talk back and forth with them and guide them to/subtly suggest(ok, with one of the guys, you gotta flat out say it) offering you something extra to compensate for your… disappointment… be stubborn! this place would get one star cuz it seems like 4 outta 5 times, going to this place is an ordeal. but… the extra star is for that 1 in 5 times where, even if the order isn’t perfect, there’s that one nice guy that happens to be working at that moment, who hooks you up to make it better. ^_^
