Made a pit stop at this GNC because I needed tea tree oil. They were closing in 20 minutes, but I knew what I wanted. I walked in and the guy at the front (didn’t get his name but he had dragon ball z hair) looked upset the we were walking in at the verge of closing. I asked for the oil and he pointed. We went up to pay and i asked him to see if my account was still active and his response was, well theres a fee (as in for the membership). Duh Sherlock Holmes!!! If I ask about the account, it’s because I know about it!!! Anyhow, i then had a coupon and he told me I couldn’t use it without even looking at it, and so I showed him it was valid and even read him the fine print and with much hesitation he gave it to me. I’m giving him and the store for not showing him customer service one star but GNC still rocks!

I pass 2 other GNC’s on my way to this location. This is the only GNC that carries my beloved Neurolean from Siren Labs, in their store. I have been coming here for 4 months now.
Moe is the manager and he is AWESOME! He listens which is such a departure from the regular GNC clerks that are over juiced and caffeinated; trying to sell you stuff you don’t need and would mess up the good flow you’ve already established.
In our convo, he found out what I really liked about my supplements, recommended a complementary product, gave me a sample and hooked me up with every deal and promo he could find.
I walked out the door with my products at discount and lots of goodies to try at home…
It was a great experience and I would definitely send my family and friends here.
Moe has your best interest at heart, go and see him.

Family owned one of a kind service. Very nice and helpful and walked out very happy. Some other GNC’s staff are very grumpy and don’t come by to help or if they do they are very pushy about you buying stuff you don’t need. I won’t go to any other one after my wonderful experiences at this location.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I normally feel really overwhelmed walking into places like this, since I’m such a fitness newbie, but the guys in there were very welcoming and answered all my questions without being pushy. They asked what I needed, gave me several options and also offered samples. Looks like this will be my new go-​to place for all my supps! Thanks guys!

I came in a couple days ago looking for pre workouts. The guy working was Nate, he was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. He even gave me a sample of one right there to make sure I liked the flavor! Will definitely be back, found a GNC I trust!
