I went here once after driving by so many times. The place is really small so you get your food to go, I had the vegetarian burrito. It was average probably below average, I didn’t like it at all. I will not be back in the future

After returning to the Valley after living in Phoenix for many years, I was looking forward to all my favorite burrito places here. Phoenix is so second rate food wise. Came here and ordered and was shocked at the prices, $ 5.99 for an a la cart bean and cheese? C’mon! It was very good, and I truly love how L.A. taco and burrito joints usually have excellent salsa bars, but this is ridiculous. It did come with chips at least. The salsas were all excellent, and my favorite is the green jalapeño salsa. But the price is very off-putting, $ 5.99 for a B&C burro that isn’t even that big. With meat I could understand, but beans are cheap! But I have no other complaints, staff was friendly and quick, place was clean. But I won’t eat here as often as I would like because of the high prices. How about it Burrito Factory, any chance of bringing down those prices a little?

I’ve been here twice in the last week, once for a chili colorado burrito, and once for the pork green chili burrito. Both times very tasty indeed. The place is clean, but small. My wife had a shredded beef burrito. Both burritos were #4, only meat and cheese. They were quickly made to order and we took them to go. I’m not a big fan of their tortilla chips, but they’re not bad. I’m definitely going back if the mood for a burrito hit me. Much better than Baja Fresh in my opinion. Both times I went at off hours, so it wasn’t very busy, and both times I found parking in the lot out front, but beware, this place is very small, and the parking lot is very small as well. You may have to find a place to park and walk.

Carne Asada Burrito #2 — went here for lunch and the service was good. Food was quick and tasty. The only thing I took off for was that a burrito and drink was a little over 10 $ and the burrito I got said it had guac but it wasn’t till the last bite that I finally found it. Over all I would probably eat here again.

By far this has been the nastiest burrito I’ve had, not to mention that it’s super expensive. I paid $ 13 for a burrito and a drink.

My favorite burrito is the chile relleno and bean burrito. The cheese is good, not greasey and oozes out of the chile with each bite. Since adding breakfasts their chorizo breakfast burrito is fast becoming my favorite. Love it with the jalapeño carrots when they have them. I gave then 5 stars for fast food quality and price. If you like chorizo or rellenos these are great. My daughter’s favorite, bean, cheese, rice with sauce and cheese.

I love this place and have been eating here for the last decade. I can’t give it 5 stars because the chicken and asada are mediocre at best. But if you get the machaca, chile verde, or chile colorado burrito with everything(Mucho Macho style), you will not be disappointed. This is a giant burrito for a giant appetite and it’s been in my lunch rotation forever. The homemade salsa is also great. And Sandra, who works at the counter, is super nice. Take it from a regular: if you order right, this place is outstanding.

Stop going through lame drive-thru places and start going to Burrito Factory. You will get better-quality food cooked to order and get a better value from your dollar. My gal and I shared some amazing chicken tacos and her juevos rancheros was a huge plate of awesome. I am already looking forward to another trip in to Burrito Factory after a session at the batting cages nearby!

Not bad… not the greatest. but not bad in a pinch. The people writing bad reviews are puro white boys that think taco bell is the best. I think the carne asada torta here is very good. Decent size and they don’t skimp out on the carne asada. They gave nicely priced lunch specials and again the portions are big. Although I haven’t tried much… what I have tried has me coming back. Cheers.

It was just alright for me… I had the cheese quesadilla. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer sour cream and guac with the cheese quesadilla. Only with the chicken and steak. I wasn’t going to pay the same price as the quesadillas with meat just for some sour cream and guac. The salsa was just ok for me this time. My son had the Carne Asada burrtio, he said it was good, it was huge. But if he doesn’t say something is «bomb», then its just OK, AND with that being said, don’t know if I will rush back!

This place can be awesome if you order the right things. Mucho macho burrito, chicken burrito, bean and cheese burrito. It is after all, called a burrito factory. That means you should have a burrito. There bean, rice and salsa bar is tasty. The green salsa is better than other green sauces I ever had. You know that a mexican rester aunt is good by their main food staples in their menu. However, I must brag about the enchilada sauce that makes an awesome topping to the burrito, a hearty taste and different by its sharpness. This place over the years have developed as a personal favorite for burritos and comfort food for choice.

Today I ordered a few fried tacos and 2 burritos. The carne chile colorado tasted old. It was stale. The fried tacos are usually good but not today, again stale tacos and dry shredded beef. I guess because I went in late, I don’t know. I just don’t think this $ 40 dinner was worth it.

Love this place. Friendly and delicious. The parking can sometimes be a hassle cause the lot is small but I feel like it’s worth it. I usually go for the #4 with asada with cheese and sauce. Carnitas tacos are great as well. Can’t go wrong with anything here.

I was told this is the place to go in the San Fernando Valley for chile relleno burritos. Well, I go in there and order a carne asada burrito. They have different combinations: *meat with rice *meat with beans and rice *meat with cheese So I asked, «can I get rice, beans AND cheese?» Seems like a normal combo for a burrito, didn’t understand why they were all seperated. The salsa bar look impressive. Took the food home and it was blander than bland! The salsa from the salsa bar tasted like vinegar. Yuck!!! I ate ½ of my burrito, just because I was hungry and just threw the rest away. Would I come back? Nah, I’d rather go to Taco Bell across the street.

I have eaten my last burrito at this location. I have stopped here periodically for years and it is usually a crap shoot. Sometimes a big, tasty burrito sometimes not. Yesterday they were serving reheated garbage with enough salt to send you into cardiac arrest. Sorry Burrito factory, I/m done this time.
