Baysinger Plumbing

These guys are awesome! I have been using them for 12 years! Never have had any issues! two things hard to come by a great electrician and a great plumber! Found the great plumber!!!

Called Scott with Baysinger on a Monday to schedule them out for several jobs at my home (sink install, faucet replacement, shower head installs, toilet repair, etc). Scott tells me at that point, I am the only one on the books for Friday and all looks good. Friday AM he calls and says they will be there at 11 – 12 because they have two other calls before me. I told him that is why I scheduled in advance, because I knew I had at least a full day of work for them. They show at 11, knock out a couple of the easy jobs and leave before 2, saying they will be back Monday.
Monday, Scott calls and said they will be there at 12. My wife had to leave for a funeral at 1 so I told him that only gives them an hour to work. He cops an attitude with me when I question why they couldn’t have been there first thing in the morning and starts arguing that they have other customers and what do you expect me to do, tell them no? Well, yes, that is exactly what I expect. When I call and schedule you to work a full day, I expect that you would tell other customers that I am already booked today, and can get to you tomorrow, etc.
Finally got tired of hearing him raising his voice with me after I explained from my perspective his team’s lack of ability to get the job done. I hung up and moved on to someone else. He showed up at my house at 8:30, has been here 4 hours and is just wrapping up what Baysinger said would be a three day job list (and he is doing it by himself compared to Baysinger having two guys here).
They might be good for a simple drain unclog, but would not recommend them for more complicated work.
