had car problems yesterday didnt have to wait long and the driver was nice and sweet and took care with the car and made sure i was okay women by her self he did made sure i was safe

This shop was dispatched via AAA of the Carolinas after I called to have a flat tire replaced. Normally, I would just do it myself but I was on conference calls all day and figured I might as well take advantage of a service I pay for.
Chuck called me within minutes of me getting off the phone with AAA and let me know he’d be there within few minutes; AAA commited to less than 45 minutes. He showed up about 10 minutes later — I couldn’t believe how fast he got here.
His tow truck was very clean and kept in great shape. I had to compliment him on it. He was super friendly, did all the work and had the tire replaced in less than 15 minutes and was on his way. I’m keeping their business card in my wallet going forward in case I ever need their help again!
