Sonic Drive-In

Went to get a drink, waited 15 minutes and no one came. Car ho said she was only one working and to hold up. Waited another 5 minutes still no drink. Called in to speak to manager, manager Frank came to the phone asked why did I need his manager name when I told him customer service he hung up on me. Very rude will be reporting this location.

After I filed a complaint online, the store manager called me, apologized for the situation and assured me it was a misunderstanding and wouldn’t happen again.
I’m thrilled with the level of customer service and can’t wait to go back and enjoy another shake!

Save yourself a headache and drive to the Ladson location. This place is run by very rude staff. Only one young lady who works there isn’t rude. The 5 or six times we went we thought they were upset because Our window was broken, but we got a new car and still the service is lacking. We had to drive back one night because they didn’t put ice cream into out shake, we began to drive away and found that they hadn’t put it in a second time and instead filled it with bananas and whip cream. This was a few moments before they closed, so maybe they thought they were being funny, but we didn’t find it comical at all. We drove up and the manager on duty came outside to our car to tell us they were closed. We told her that we wanted a refund, the owner/​General managers name, or a shake that was actually shake. She came back out a few minutes later and handed me the shake and a mint. (My breath was fine) She didn’t offer an apology at all. she just handed it to me and walked away. Granted this was a few months ago. We haven’t gone back.

This is the worst Sonic in the area they need to close this place. I ordered a cheeseburger combo the fries were cold and greasy like they were sitting out over night. The burger was terrible I took it back for a refund and they act like I was in the wrong. Who wants food thats not cook properly freezer burn uncooked burgers that’s what they give you. I don’t recommend you wasting your time and money here.

Huge variety of beverages, sodas, shakes and slushes. Delicious food too. The drive-​thru folks have always been friendly. Tracy tonight was super sweet. Sonic is Sonic and I really like it!

Don’t ever go here ever. I have been in the drive thru line for over a half an hour. I am stuck in this pit of despair. I’m only the 3^rd car in line! 35 minutes now … Should I drive through this building to escape? Should I call 911 because I’m being held against my will?

I am not a Sonics fanatic at all but this Sonics is ok. I mean it is consistent to say the least. I had their burger once or twice and a milkshake but nothing too great. Surprisingly, I actually enjoy their chilidogs and tater tots. This Sonics always had decent service and I cannot complain. I mean it is a Sonic which never seems to change. Their quality of food is decent and their food is alright. It is fast food so low expectations here.

One of the better Sonic’s in the area. Speedy service and they actually have a drive-​thru window which is nice when all you want to order is a cherry-​limeade.

It’s a Sonic, you know what you are going to get. They are good here about not scremping on the toppings in the blasts, which some Sonic’s can be anemic on. Service is friendly and prompt.

We always visit this place for Ice Cream and Tater Tots and sit in the patio area. A little African American lady always use to serve me. I for got her name. We moved a year ago. She was always wonderful and she made it feel like apart of a family. I love the Cherry Limeaid UMMM…

I was seriously needing a Dr Pepper fix, along with something to munch. Lo and behold! There it was. The fast food place that forever haunts my dreams. I excitedly pulled in and pressed that beautiful red button… Only to have the answering voice blast my eardrums. I recovered, and went for the chicken strip dinner and a Dr. P, add vanilla, with extra vanilla. The server was friendly (it’s so cute how they actually have skates!) and the soda Divine. CSD was ok, I’ve had better, but I’ve certainly had worse. Other times I got ChedRPeppers, the wraps, and burgers, it’s been great.

I know I said I wouldn’t go back to this location, but it was close by to where I was running errands.
I gave it an extra star because this time I used the drive thru and the cashier was very polite and food was as usual.
