james botos works there frequents strip clubs and was a friend till he said he was going to rape me. his roommate is a registered sex offender. basically I wouldn’t trust this guy if you are going to get something delivered. he is creepy and its the silent ones that are always the scariest. any woman shopping there I would be weary.

I have purchased a few items from this store in the past few years and each time it has been a great experience. The staff is very welcoming, and the store has a very personal vibe. Delivery drivers have been courteous and professional. Delivery time has been exactly as quoted. No complaints here at all, I will continue to buy from this store.

when I first went there I thought this place was very cool. I saw a bed frame I liked but wasn’t ready for it. I went back a couple weeks later to purchase it and some nightstands. things were great. I was promised top quality furniture and expected just that. I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks for it to come in but got got a call the next day from the store telling me they just happen to have one in the warehouse and they could deliver it a couple days later. I was excited to get it early. when the delivery guys came they were nice and only left a few dirty handprints on the walls. I wasn’t to concerned with that as I was excited to get my new bed set. immediately as I walk into the room and approach the bed I see a quarter size chip taken out of one of the legs on the footboard. I then noticed a defect in the finish about the size of a quarter on the footboard. this was a bubble the split and could easily be pealed off and would peal in a very short time. not happy I called them to express my concern. they wanted me to email them pics and would get back in touch with me. so I sent the pics and added in the email to call me back at the supplied number. no response. in the morning I sent another email to contact me via email. again the whole day went by and nothing. I called them that evening and they said the got the email and didn’t know I wanted to be called back even though it was written in the email. and then they said«no problem, I have a guy that can come out and fix it. He’s really good. knowing that should be protected under the warranty, I said I’d like the footboard to be replaced, not fixed. he insisted to have the guy come out and fix it. I replied, I spent top dollar for a new item, not a refurbished item. he said thats not how it works. It’s standard in the industry to fix it and not replace it. they only replace items if it’s structural. still not happy with him I tell him again I would really like them to replace it. im not interested in them fixing it. he then replied that if he would have seen the defect before it left he would of had it fixed before imsaw it. feeling decieved I ask, if you have damaged of defective items, you’d fix them before they got to a customer and wouldn’t tell them. he said yes. at this point I was like, you need to see what you can do to replace it. I am not gonna get this fixed. he raised his voice in an unprofessional mannor and said I’ll give you a full refund. nwhens a good time for my drivers to pick up the bed. I said I’m sorry you are unwilling to help out the customer but would rather give money back instead of replacing a warrantied part. makes no sense. they could of even offered to swap it out with the floor model footboard. when the delivery guys came back to pick up the bed fram they had a chip on their shoulder and added more hand prints to the walls and a nice gouge into the wall as well. thanks guys. Apparently the same guy who puts marks on walls and chips the furniture is the same guy who fixes the furniture. buyer beware. that new item you are buying may be refurbished and dont expect a warranty.
