Always good customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. I can leave my worries in the car and relax. Good upcoming stylist, Rasheen has been my stylist for years, if it isn’t broke don’t try to fix it. We communicate and I let her do her job. I don’t have to wait 8 hrs to get my hair done. The shop is nicely decorated, there is a place to wait, no kids not running all over, clean, and great fragrance. Elysium is where it’s at!

Set up an appointment with Marie to get my hair deep conditioned. During and after the treatment she gave me tips on how to maintain my natural mane and give it more diverse looks. Had my hair straightened with a flat iron after the treatment and it looked better than it had in over a year. Will definitely be coming back

I’m a first time client and I made an appointment online which was an awesome capability I thought. I travel for work and I am very busy so being able to make an appointment at my leisure was awesome. Unfortunately when I got there, they couldn’t find my appointment because they were having problems with their system. In their defense, I did see a stylist promptly.
The salon was clean and well kept the sink bowls however, though nice are positioned oddly so my neck hurt as I was getting my hair washed.
Please fix your online appointment capabilities, people like myself who are busy and travel LOVE being able to do things online :) this service (to me) sets you apart.
