The worst latte ever. They have no knowledge on how a latte differs from other coffee drinks. They have no idea of how it should be made, its composition or final look or taste.

Say what you want about $ 5 coffee from Starbucks — I just spent more than $ 7 for mine! Gloria Jean’s is a more-mainstream Starbucks(is that possible?) Their main business seems to be(from looking) flavored coffees [like, say, Caramel Nut coffee beans that come pre-coated with a caramel flavoring and actual pieces of nuts in the coffee — as if brewing a nut is actually going to yield any flavor???) and the ever-popular frozen mixed coffee drink. That’s what I was going for today. Nothing sounded good for dinner, so I thought maybe a mega-32-oz.-gas-station-sized-Frappuccino-wannabe would hit the spot. With my 2 added shots and tax, it totaled more than $ 7.00. It was good; a little thin(but I was warned). The service was pretty unfriendly… maybe a step-and-a-half above your average McDonald’s or Taco Bell kind of service. I would expect a little more from a «purveyor of fine coffee»(their self-descriptive tag line).
